GIT has a really good infrastructure.

Placements: There is placement in computer and IT branches. But no any campus placements for civil and mechanical departments. Computer and IT students gets an average 2-4 lacs annual packages from campus interviews. Many companies come for a campus placement of computer and IT students.

Satisfied campus facility & college life and quite little unsatisfied with placement & attendance.

Placements: The placement officer of this college is far better than many engineering colleges in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar and it provides some good packages in computers, IT and mechanical based company. However, if you are in electrical and electronics department then you will be slightly unsatisfied. It also provides some good placement in marketing based company for many of the engineering field student and MBA students.

Sometimes we can't get that much satisfaction, but it is very good at social activities.

Placements: About 90% of the interested students got placed. The lowest yearly package was 1.8 lacs per annum, and the maximum package in my batch was 3 lacs per annum. Last year, TCS came for the placement. Majorly, the computer and IT departments students placements were done. Too many companies do not give any type of stipend, but some companies give Rs. 5,000 as a stipend.

Get a degree. Study the best. Don't expect placements.

Placements: Well, I am still studying in 2nd year. But, the seniors are being selected on campus with an average of 2-3 Lacs per annum. I can't say more about it being a junior, but if you have something in you, then do not look here for placements at all. And, they are not much supportive for the internships too because if you do internships, they will not grant you attendance.

GIT, where knowledge is implanted cognitively.

Placements: The placements here are worth enough. Many companies visited last year ( TCS) along with small-scale firms of Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. Overall, a great experience of the aptitude building. The placement cell is also well-nourished with the industrial sector. The cell also provides various courses regarding the aptitude, reshaping and the interview format.

I am not satisfied with the placements.

Placements: The placements are okay, not as much as expected. Not many of the students are placed. If I say, out of all students in our batch, only 20% of the students are placed, and in it, only 10% of the students are placed in good companies with good profiles. So, overall, the placements are not up to the mark.

Overall a good college, Gandhinagar Institute of Technology.

Placements: Overall, there are good placements. Many of the students got their placements before completion of the studies and before the 7th semester even. About 30% of the students got placed in the companies before the 8th semester, and still, many pool interviews are going on. 1.2 LPA to 9 LPA salary packages is provided to the students.

The students get a lowest to the average salary. 3% to 5% students get the internship from the college. The student gets the roles in every field. The students also get the scholarship.

It is one among the good self-financing colleges.

Placements: The placement of our college is good, but not excellent. If we talk about the average placements percentage of many years, it is around 60%. Computer and IT branch have a little more percentage of placements. The average salary for these branches is around 4 lakhs per year. The highest salary was mostly more than 7 lakhs per annum. More companies which are of Gujarat based, come to our college rather than national level companies. Still, I believe that the college should give more efforts and in...

A good college of Gandhinagar.

Placements: The placements of GIT are good. Every year, 60% placement is done in our college. The highest salary offer was around Rs. 10 lakhs. And the average salary offer is found to be Rs. 3 lakhs. Some Gujarat-level companies visit our campus for the placement purpose. The companies like e-clinical works, einfochips, etc., visited our college for the placements. But the placements of our college will be improved in the future due to the continuous efforts to invite more companies for the placements.

Placements: The placement records are good and are increasing every year. The placements for computer and IT branches are best in our college. The placement rate is around 75%. The highest salary offered is 12 lakhs per annum. And the average salary is around 5 to 6 lakhs per annum. Companies like Infosys, TCS, Bharti AXA, L&T Infotech, TatvaSoft, e-info chips, etc. visited our college. The great experience with the college because of environment.

Placements: Our college invited lots of company or also get invitations from other huge companies. Approximately 50-55% of the students got employment according to their skills. The highest salary package offered was around Rs. 20 thousand per month & lowest can be Rs. 10KPM. The roles offered are a software engineer, designer and business analysts. I don't think so anyone got an internship in my batch. The stipends offered in most of the companies visited to hire the students, so they can make them pillars...

A great institution to learn management as well as engineering at one place.

Placements: The college offers compatible placements to the deserving candidates. A very good connection with companies around Ahmedabad. It also provides personality development programs which help to learn very things which are very important in today’s scenario. The college is preparing the students for the best.

Satisfied with the management of the college

Placements: Placement generally in our college is quite limited in terms of the number of companies as well as the packages offered by the companies are also below average. Students of CE/IT department have better placement possibilities though the packages offered to them are average. ME/CIV department has less number of companies and because of the curriculum activities and current scenario, they got very low placement opportunities. But if a student is capable and is having that much of knowledge the pos...

Placements: It is a really amazing college. Lots of placements were there with companies like Inox, Torrent, L&T and many others. Many students were selected and the package was around 2 to 2.5 lacs per month. It is a really great opportunity to every student and many companies were multinational companies.

Placements: We had a rise in our placement sector as compared to previous years because our placement head was back. Almost 30%-35% students were placed. The highest package was 5.7 LPA which was given to a student in the computer field. The average package was around 2.5 LPA across all fields. Ferromatic, L&T, TCS, etc visited our college.

I am satisfied with the college in terms of infrastructure, faculty and good placement.

Placements: The placement here is good and many companies come and take the students for the job. This year, the average salary offered was of 2.5-3 lakh per annum. The main disadvantage is that the ratio of students getting jobs is less. But still, I can say that the college campus placement is good rather than any other college nearby.
