Best College in North East.

Faculty: Our teachers are very friendly, supportive, kind, passionate, disciplined, and the best teachers. Their teaching quality is top-notch. I am doing FYUGP B.Com in Human Resource Management as per NEP 2020, which is very relevant and makes a student job-ready with credit points.

Somewhat satisfied but improvement in placement.

Faculty: Teachers are highly knowledgeable and understanding; they are helpful. But they never use the technology that is available. For BBA, they create students in such a way that they can tackle real-life situations in corporate life. Semester final exams are easy, but mid-term exams are difficult.

The final piece of information you will need to decide your dream college.

Faculty: The teachers are well qualified, holding master's degrees and some with Ph.D.s as well. The teaching approach is mainly exam-oriented, where you will score well on exams but it can be improved by implementing a more basic-based approach, which can be helpful in the future. The course curriculum is good but not enough to be industry-ready. The semester exams are moderate and you can get a good score by concentrating in the classes and taking notes. The pass percentage is almost 80%.

Highly satisfied with the degree.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and highly qualified with their respective degrees. This course, B.Com, is really relevant if anyone is looking for the theoretical knowledge of industry.

Gauhati Commerce College is one of the most famous colleges, mainly for studying commerce.

Faculty: The faculty in our college is also amazing and highly qualified, and we can understand their teaching methods as well. Also, there are lots of qualified teachers, department-wise, and most teachers have done their Ph.D. degrees, which we can say are highly qualified.

Unbiased Review of GCC: The Good and The Bad.

Faculty: More than 1 teacher is allotted to each subject for better understanding of the subject. The teachers are really qualified and efficient, but the syllabus is always incomplete due to lack of time. There is no practical experience, only knowledge and theoretical experience. There are 2 exams conducted in each semester: midterms and final end-semester exams. The pass percentage is 98%, and very few students fail or get back in a subject.

Good college for commerce students.

Faculty: Yes, teachers are good and teach very well and are ready for the students to be industry-ready because theory is more focused rather than practical. About exams, it's moderate, but sometimes it's difficult. Apart from this, it's sometimes very difficult to pass the exam.

I am totally satisfied with college infrastructure, great companies have hire so many students.

Faculty: The teachers and professors are very experienced, and the teaching quality is great. This course will definitely prepare us to enter the finance industry. The pass percentage is quite high, at 94%. The papers are prepared by the Assam board, so the difficulty level depends on the student. However, if we prepare well, there will be no problem passing.

I'm absolutely satisfied with the facilities.

Faculty: The teachers are quite helpful in teaching the courses and are well-qualified with a Ph.D. degree. I would rate the teaching quality as 8 out of 10, and about the semester exams, those are not so difficult, as the questions are based on the syllabus and the pass.

I'm am gladly satisfied with the faculty members .

Faculty: The teachers are good and knowledgeable which helps in study time as they go through the topics nicely thereby making a good impact on the students. The semester exams are not so difficult as the questions are most probably based on the topics and syllabus covered.

It's a very good college for commerce.

Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful and present whenever needed, and they provide good and useful knowledge. Our courses are HS and degrees B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA, and BCA. Since I am in B.Com, the major courses are finance, accounts, human resource management, and marketing management. Exams are taken like group discussions, viva, presentations, assignments, quizzes, and there are also internal exams before the final exam. 75% attendance is also a must.

The best B.Com experience with strong faculty and great placement in 2023.

Faculty: The faculty are incredible helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The professors treat the students like their kids and friends. The course curriculum is very relevant and closely aligned with current industry trends. As for the semester exams, they can be challenging, reflecting the rigorous academic standards of the program. However, with proper preparation and support from the faculty, students generally find them manageable. The pass percentage typically hovers around 85%, indicating that mo...

The college is absolutely very good. I would really suggest this college.

Faculty: Yes, since it’s a very reputed college, the teachers are highly qualified and reputable. They are also very talented and very good at teaching. Since the teachers are very good at teaching, the semester exams become very easy for us to crack—not because the questions are easy but because of the teachers who taught very well to the students.

Life of commerce student

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and understanding but some of the younger teachers lack experience but the teachers teach really well as they have a lot of experience. The sessional exams are easy but the final exams that are held by the University is a little tough.

Gcc~ the college review, the life, and the course.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and help out whenever needed. Absentees are rare; the course is being updated by following the new Nepali policies, which makes it more relevant to the real world. It holds 1 sessional and 1 final exam with assignment and gd and quizzes. Exams are not so tough to crack. Proper study will be an easy way to crack the exams.

To get admission to the MCom programme at Gauhati Commerce College, candidates must obtain a good aggregate or equivalent CGPA in Bachelor’s degree examination. Admission to the MCom programme at Gauhati Commerce College is entirely merit based.
