Gharda Institute of Technology Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,Ratnagiri

Placements: During my B.E. in Computer Engineering (graduating in 2024), many companies conducted placement drives (both virtual and offline) at our college. Some students secured placements in companies like TCS, Hexaware Technologies, and RSquareSoft Technologies. The average salary package ranged between 2.5-4 LPA.

Placements: In the last two to three years, many companies have come to our college for students. Many students have gotten their jobs and are working in various sectors.

Placements: There were not enough students placed, and the companies that did interview students on campus conducted additional interviews at their company. After that, the company told the student that they would work with the company for six months without pay, and then the company would decide whether to hire them.

Placements: It is the best college for placements located at Konkan Ratnagiri. More than 5 companies visited GIT for the placements like ACC Nailsoft, Infosys, FCON, etc. This college conducted training sessions for aptitude exams for better selections. This college arranges industrial visits also.

Placements: In our 2017 - 18 batch more than 50% students from mechanical department were placed through college campus. The highest package offered was 2.56 while the lowest was 1.2 and the average package was somewhat 1.8 to 2.1 Companies visited at our time were epic research, cogeme, kalyan toll, Extinctfire Engineers and many more.

Placements: 40-50% students got placement every year in civil engineering. 2.4-4.8 LPA salary offered by various companies. ACC hired 4 student last year. This year L&T, Manisha construction, Kalyan toll infrastructure limited those companies visited for placement for civil engineer.

Placements: As ours was the fourth batch to pass out from the civil engineering department, there weren't many campus placement opportunities at that time. The one company that visited for our department didn't even offer the core profiles, rather it was more of a sales type.

Placements: Our college offers the B.Tech course in chemical engineering, computer engineering, mechanical engineering and civil engineering streams. Indian Navy, Just Dial and many other well-known companies in India visit the campus for placements. Our college offers placements to the deserving students who work hard to excel in their academics.

Placements: Many students get placed with good packages every year. Students are hired by many reputed companies. About 80% to 85% of the students get placed every year through campus recruitment. Students get internships. The placement cell of the college is very good.

Placements: Almost 70-80% students from my batch (all fields) were placed. Asahi India Glass was a major company which offered 25k in 2017 and 4 students were placed. There is a placement cell and our placement officer has brought 'n' number of small companies but failed to bring a perfect Engineering company which can best suit engineering students.

Placements: The placement of our batch was awesome. Lot of companies came in the college such as Extinct fire engineering pvt ltd, just dial, etc. Don't really remember the names. The average salary must be around 2 Lacs per annum. The highest salary package that I remember was 9 Lacs per annum. The lowest was around 1.6 Lacs per annum. Placements: Best college in Konkan region for placements. Last year 40-50% students are placed. The highest salary is upto 5-6lac and the lowest salary is 1.5 lac. Asahi, Gharda chemical ltd, etc. Yes internship is provided for college. TPO is giving best opportunities for student. Placement in last two year improved. Placement cell is very active.

Placements: Our TPO sir help every student to get placed in any company. Maximum all the companies come to our college. 60% of the students are placed in different companies, and our staff also has good knowledge of each subject. If any student does not go further rounds, then TPO sir arrange a guest lecture for all students like how to talk in front of HR, how to solve aptitude etc.

Placements: There are no much placements before our batch. At the time of our batch, they have provided the placements from small companies. They are very good in arranging pool campus in which student gets a chance to show their talent and also to secure the job. By this time there may be few more placement will be available. The highest number of packages of my friends are 3.20 LPA.

Placements: Just two companies showed up for the placement in the mechanical department. The placements for computer engineering and IT are fair enough. The training and placement officers try their best to provide the placement assistance. The packages offered are not according to the industry standards. The faculty takes up the aptitude preparations well.

Placements: Every branch has the placements from top companies. The chemical engineering students got the placements from Gharda Chemical Pvt.Ltd. The students will get placements from good companies. Every year 100 to 200 students of this get placed. The college is bringing more than 100 companies at the time of placements.

Placements: This year around 6-7 companies came for placement. They selected specialised students from each course. From my senior batch, only 5-6 got selected. Some students gave interviews in others companies. The highest salary offered is 3.5 LPA. IT companies, HR companies and call centre companies will come for the campus. Placements: Many renowned companies had come for the placement Drives like L&T and Infosys. For every department, at least 4-5 companies had visited. As per the present situation, the salary offered is ranging from 13,000 - 30,000. The college has a separate T&P department (training and placement) which keeps an eye on the walk-in interviews ongoing elsewhere as well.
