Better than the worst.

Placements: Only 12% of students got placed in campus placements, and the companies offered 3.1 LPA to 5.5 LPA. There are no students selected for internships; the roles offered in the companies are junior developer, coder, and tester. The recruiting companies of my course in my college are Tech Mahindra and Cognizant.

I am slightly satisfied with this college.

Placements: GIET Engineering College has an impressive placement record for its Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) course, with a significant percentage of students securing jobs each year. The highest package offered to CSE students was competitive, while the lowest was still respectable, and the average package reflects the strong industry demand for the college’s graduates. Top recruiting companies include leading tech giants and MNCs such as Infosys, TCS, Wipro, and Capgemini. A good percentage of C...

Review of GIET Engineering College.

Placements: In this college, 85 percent of students are placed as it is well known and has long service since it was established. It has a good profile. The highest package in our college is 14 LPA and still it is accounting till. The lowest package in our college is 5 LPA and increasing. So, as per my suggestion, I think this is better for students who want to study in this college.

I personally feel the college is good in potential but lagging in providing opportunities.

Placements: I am currently pursuing B.Tech 3rd year. As per my knowledge, my seniors, around 40+ students, got recruited mostly in Accenture, Virtusa, and Capgemini. Among them, the highest package is 8 LPA CTC, and the lowest package is 3 LPA. Mostly, Java-based developers who are good at coding are recruited. Some of them are taken as interns with a stipend and training for about 9 months.

The top recruiting companies are TCS, Accenture, Capgemini, and Teach Mahindra. 60% of students are getting internships. Assistant Engineering and Associate Software Engineering.

Satisfied about placements.

Placements: We can expect more number of placement drives this college. Maximum 90 percent of students will be placed. We can expect 3lpa to 8lpa on an average. All most all MNCs will come to recruit. Software developed is the most offered role in drives in many companies.

Good for placement and environment.

Placements: We have so many top companies, but this year we still can't get any placements. I hope we are waiting for placements. So many top jobs were offered to CSE, ECE, and all the branches. We have 90% of campus placements mainly for computer science, and students will get top recruiting companies.

The college is good, but it was better in the previous years.

Placements: The placements in our college are good. A lot of my seniors got placed in MNCs like Wipro, TCS, Infosys etc. The highest package offered is about 10 LPA, and the lowest package is 4.5 LPA. But the placements purely depend on the student's skills. If we have good skills, we can get placed in better companies.

It is an average college.

Placements: Campus placements are better now than in the past few years. In the past year, many students got placed. Placements depend on our talent and it requires a minimum percentage to attend to that particular company.

Review of GIET Engineering College.

Placements: In our batch, less than 10% of the students got placed here. The highest salary package offered was 3.6 LPA by Tech Mahindra. The salary package offered by Virtusa was 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Tech Mahindra and Virtusa visit our college for our batch placements. Our college does not provide an internship for our batch students. Roles like trainee, software engineer and an associate engineer are offered to the students.

Placements: Almost 50% of students got selected in companies like Varun Motors and Tech Mahindra. The salary package offered by Varun Motors is 3 LPA, and some companies offered a salary package of 2.3 LPA. Some students got an internship in some designing companies.

It is a good College but join here only if you can study on your own.

Placements: About 40% of students got placed from college. The highest salary package offered was about 7 LPA, and the average salary package offered was about 3 LPA. Infosys, Tech Mahindra, TCS, and MacTech were the top recruiting companies of our college. The salary packages offered were all good. We have to search out for an internship. Therefore about 45% of students got an internship in various companies at various locations.

Placements: The maximum percentage of the students in my batch is 70 to 80 percent, and the highest package of the year is 12 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Infosys, Amazon, and Byju's, and many of the students got internships at Virtusa.

I am satisfied with our college in 2019.

Placements: Very less percentage of students, i.e., maybe 5% of the students got placements from our course. Remaining students did not get any job, including me. We have worked on the site also, but we did have growth. However, we are happy to have enjoyment in this college. I will recommend other students to join in this college.
