This is a good college.

Placements: A good number of students are getting placed in our university. Compared to the previous two years, this year the hiring percentage is good. Final-year students are having placement training sessions at the college, and the university is giving good opportunities to students.

The reality of GITAM University Bangalore.

Placements: The placement at GITAM college this year is not meeting expectations. So far, approximately 150 students got placed, and only 4 got above 10 LPA. Oracle hired 4 students at a package of 15 LPA, which is the highest as of now. Other than Oracle, Tech Mahindra, Microsoft, MuSigma, and many other companies visited the campus. Everyone here has the opportunity to complete an internship at the university itself, but they also have the freedom to do off-campus internships.

I would not recommend this college for middle-class students.

Placements: Around 60% of students got placements. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA.

It's a moderate college for placement. You have to work a lot to improve your skills, that's all.

Placements: The highest package is 23 LPA, and the lowest this year is 4.5 LPA. The top recruiting company is Oracle and other startups and good companies. That's all. About 90% of students will get placed in GITAM School of Technology, Bengaluru. The college doesn't offer internships. That's all about the college.

It has good infrastructure, supportive facilities, and a moderate difficulty level of exams.

Placements: GITAM University Bengaluru offers placements in roles like software developer, data analyst, business analyst, and financial analyst. Top recruiting companies like Amazon, TCS, Deloitte, and HDFC Bank visit the college to hire students. The highest salary package offered is 5.5 LPA. It is good to join.

Honest feeling about my experience.

Placements: The number of students getting placed is average, probably due to the current shortage in the software field. The highest package I've heard of is 25 LPA, but I have no idea what the lowest is. Companies like Accenture, Oracle, Mu Sigma, and TCS visit for recruitment. The roles they offer are data analyst, debugger, and so on.

For some programmes, direct admission is possible based on Class 12 merit without an entrance exam. However, most engineering and technology courses require GAT or equivalent exam scores. Check the specific admission requirements for your programme of interest on the official website.
