GIM Goa MBA Courses & Fees 2025: Placement, Cutoff, Admission & Ranking

GIM Goa PGDM is a two-year full-time flagship programme accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). PGDM is offered in four specialisations.  The institute offers PGDM in four specialisations, namely:

• General
• Healthcare Management
• Big Data Analytics
• Banking, Insurance, Financial Services

Candidates need to complete graduation degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST) to apply for the PGDM programme. Candidates appearing in the final year of the degree must obtain 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST) to apply for the PGDM programme.

The total tuition fees of PGDM course ranges between INR 5.3 lakh and INR 19.4 lakh. This information is sourced from official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to change. Candidates who will qualify all the selection rounds for PGP admission will be required to pay the course to confirm their seat in the institute. In case, a candidates is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Candidates need to pay a application fee to apply for admission.

The application fee ranges between INR 1,750 and INR 3,000 plus GST depending on the time of application for one or two courses. The fee increases, if a candidates applies for more than two courses.

CMAT 2025 is scheduled to be held on January 25, 2025, almost four months ahead of previous years. The CMAT exam is usually held in March-April, but in 2023 and 2024, it was held in May. The last time CMAT was held in January was in the year 2019. 

The NTA has announced registration dates via an official circular, which has been released online at the NTA website on November 14, 2024. The CMAT 2025 exam schedule includes registration window open and close dates and form correction dates. CMAT 2025 registration has started, and the last date to apply is December 13, 2024, and the admit card is expected to be released on January 20, 2025. 

The highest international package offered during GIM placements 2023 stood at INR 60.4 LPA. This package was offered to the students of the PGDM (HCM) course. Further, the highest domestic package offered during Goa Institute of Management placements 2023 stood at INR 55 LPA. This package was offered to the students of the PGDM course. On the other hand, the highest package offered to PGDM (BIFS) and PGDM (BDA) students stood at INR 27 LPA and INR 40.2 LPA, respectively. GIM Goa conducts GIM Analytics Aptitude Test for admission to some of the PGDM specialisations. The institute conducts GAAT by the end of January. In 2024, the exam was conducted on Jan 28, 2024. The test is for a duration of 55 minutes with MCQs. The test does not have any strict sections based on the topics stated above. This aptitude test is administered online.  This test conducted by GIM is intended to assess a student's aptitude in the areas of Linear equations, Calculus, Matrices, Progressions, and Abstract Reasoning.
