It's a novel experience to be a part of GIM and to be a GIMite. The facilities provided here train us successfully to be a professional and also prepares us well for the corporate world. At GIM we not only get to learn the theoretical subjects but we also get a chance to apply them practically. At each and every step of our learning we are guided by our faculty guides. Even the placement season which we face in the final year is full of companies that only provides us a good package but also hel...

The college is in the midst of lush green environment and has a perfect blend of the serenity of nature and the modern infrastructure to give you an awesome environment to study and learn from the best. At GIM the best thing is the peer group and what you learn from them, and also staying in hostels is all together a different experience. Faculty and Placements are great, with 86 companies on campus you have ample of opportunities and also the median salary offered in approx. is more than 8.5 la...

Well, it’s been 6 months already in a B-school. So, this review might be of help to some of you. So, being a part of GIM has been enriching until now. Enriching not only in terms of learning but d plethora of opportunities one gets here. The diversity quotient here gives great exposure. Highly qualified faculty, a well-equipped finance lab is an added advantage.

Maintaining its record of consistency, this year too GIMites have come out with flying colors in both SIPs and final placements. This goes out for you all who are concerned about the ROI. But GIM for me is not only bout the ROI, it's also about the sense of responsibility and management skills that got instilled in me during my stay here . Being a student driven institute, these are the first things that one gets to learn as the course begins. As most of our faculty live in the Sanquelim campus ...

Campus - State of art. Probably one of the best in India - Location on a hill in Goa, with automated systems, AC hostels, Tennis, Swimming, Badminton, On campus stores, juice parlour, ATM. 24/7 cleaning staff. Faculty - Average. Some of the marketing and Fin staff is way above the level of the institute- majorly visiting one. Crowd - The best you could get in terms of your expectation for a B-School Crowd. Majority population is from Mumbai, Delhi, Pune and rest scattered. Placements - Market...

Good: 1. Location wise more access to both Mumbai and Bangalore based companies. 2. Placement coordinators don't find it difficult to invite industry experts or company HRs to a tourist destination like Goa. 3. Good peer group to interact and develop your language, personality and interpersonal skills. 4. Opportunity for student exchange programmes and exposure to study at European institutes or to study with students from those institutes in India. Bad: 1. Exorbitant fees 2. Average exper...

Good College, with excellent campus, Very good quality of students and high quality of peer learning. Average Package is around Rs. 8 lakhs. Cons includes food quality is pathetic and you will surely fall ill atleast once in a term after eating food. Poor medical facilities and Poor quality of faculty Surely amongst the top in tier 2 B Schools. Join if you want a chilled life with moderate level of learning and above average placements

One statement which describes my experience with GIM is: Perfect ROI while perusing a MBA degree. The fees (till my year) were decent enough compared to the placements that GIM offers. About college life - the fact that education can be dished out in the most recent and market-oriented way was an experience that GIM-ites will ever miss in their life. From application of case studies to compulsory and frequent industry internships - really shape you well for the corporate life ahead. And to top i...

It is a good college but should provide facilities like library and canteen.

Placements: The quality of placements in our college was good. Around 99.9% of the students got placements from this college. They provided placements for all the courses. College was very supportive of the placements. The average salary offered was Rs.20,000 per month to Rs. 25,000 per offered. The placement process was not easy enough. But the college was supportive.
