Our college is well-known for its high academic standards.
Placements: Medical careers do not involve traditional placements as other professions. Our college provides internships for medical graduates as a part of their medical training. All students must do internships. After completion of this course, students are qualified to pursue careers in various hospitals. Placements depend on students' specialisations, performance in exams, and personal career goals.
Infrastructure: Our college provides modern infrastructure and facilities, including well-equipped labs, libraries, and lecture halls. Hostels are near our campus and have separate facilities for boys and girls. The hostel rooms are basic, but provide adequate space for rest and study. Hostels offer single occupancy, double occupancy, or dormitory-style rooms. There is a mess in the hostels. It provides food. Cleanliness and hygiene are priorities of the hostel.
Faculty: Our professors and healthcare staff members are experienced and knowledgeable. They use a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, practical demonstrations, and interactive sessions to facilitate learning. Our college follows a medical curriculum proposed by NMC that provides students with a strong foundation in medical sciences. It provides research opportunities, clinical rotation, and practical training to ensure students get hands-on experience in hospitals. Our college conducts semester exams to assess students' knowledge. They are challenging due to the complex nature of the subject matter. Exams are fair and aligned with the curriculum.
Other: I chose this course because it has rewarding aspects of pursuing a medical course. Our college provides knowledge and skills, career stability, respected professions, global opportunities, financial rewards, personal satisfaction, and personal growth. Our college hosts a range of events and activities, including medical conferences, cultural fests, sports events, health camps, student clubs, etc. These activities enrich the educational experience, promote holistic development, and engage students in community service and research.

Asia's the oldest medical College and one of the best.
Placements: Being an MBBS course most of the students are either working at gmc or other phcs and some even take up PG course in different branches so there is no problem with placement. We have now even courses for superspecialty which is just another feather to the hat.
Infrastructure: We have developed smart AC classroom with the best infrastructure, there is good connectivity and we have 3-4 canteens in the campus. Hostel is good only problem being the mess as most people are unhappy with the food overall best infrastructure. A gym is under construction.
Faculty: Faculty is the best and with utmost experience, exam's are difficult but regular studies of at least an hour or 2 should suffice. We have good hands on practice through our clinics and patients are very cooperative, the staff is very encouraging and always available for the students.

Best college if you want to enjoy your MBBS.
Placements: As it is a medical college, there is no such thing as placement. After graduation, you become a doctor and can practice anywhere in India, or you could do a PG and earn even more as specialization helps in bringing more patients, or you could go into research as well.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not extravagant like that in private colleges but they have air conditioning in the lecture hall, which has a capacity of 300 people. There is also an auditorium for events. Hostel buildings and rooms are great. There is no time for boys hostels, but there is time for girls hostels.
Faculty: Faculty are super sharp in there subjects and also very cool, as compared to orthodox professors in other medical colleges. You can freely talk to them and get their help easily. They support the students in doing various kinds of research and activities.

It is a great college for medical studies.
Placements: We don't get placements as it is a medical college, and none of the companies visits here for campus interviews. However, teachers help us to choose which path for our future like we should do a specialisation course or open a clinic or stop pursuing studies as they know the calibre of every student.
Infrastructure: I like the infrastructure of the hostel as well as the college. Our college has a lot of space which is utilised efficiently. There are worth gardens and canteen so that students can roam and hangout. Medical facilities are great, and there is also a chemist within our campus since it is a medical college.
Faculty: The course curriculum is relevant, and teachers are approachable to students. We can approach them and ask our doubts at any time we want. During the lockdown due to COVID-19, teachers are very supportive and try to conduct online classes so that the completion of the course doesn't lag. They carefully evaluate every student which I like about our college.

Medical college of Goa - the city of beaches .
Placements: This is the government medical college. After completing the course, you got an MBBS degree. You can do private practice or further go for a PG seat. It provides an internship with a stipend of 20,000. Each and every student has to do an internship at this college; there is no need to go anywhere else for an internship.
Infrastructure: Good facilities are provided by the college. They have lecture halls, an auditorium, a big library, a play ground, and a and a separate hostel for girls and boys. A good number of faculty members are needed to provide better education and knowledge; they look upon each and every student.
Faculty: There are a good number of faculty members who can fulfill the requirements of all students. All teachers are good; they teach very well and are very punctual; they never skip any classes. Although the MBBS curriculum is tough, you have to go to college every day from 9 to 5. They give less holiday compared to others.
Other: They organize various social events and sports and also celebrates festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi, Christmas, etc.

Yes, you can now get admission in Goa Medical College or any other medical college in India. The only condition is that your NEET result should be higher than the cut-off marks of the Medical College. Higher your NEET exam score, better your college will be.
