Absolutely Dissatisfied Because of No Placement.

Placements: In Goal Das Memorial Educational Institute, there was no placement kind of thing. Even when we had to do an academic internship, that was also done by our own concern. The principal told us to do it by ourselves in whatever school. There were no packages offered to us.

Infrastructure: There was very poor infrastructure, as there was no library, no hostel facility, no canteen. Even the furniture in the classrooms was not good; it was always dirty. There were no sports and games facilities, and there were no medical facilities available.

Faculty: The faculty of the college was good, but in numbers, there were only three teachers, including the principal. However, the principal never taught us. The remaining two teachers were very helpful and knowledgeable. Their teaching skills were good. The curriculum of the course was very relevant because, when we talk about competition in the teaching field, the curriculum was totally related to that. The yearly exams were not very hard; they were based on previous year papers, and the pass percentage was 95%.

Other: I always wanted to be a teacher, so I chose to do B.Ed. The best thing about the course is that I never thought I would study psychology, as I am from the Science stream. Studying psychology initially in this course was a little tough, but slowly I got interested in it, and this subject became one of my favorite subjects. I got a scholarship in the 2nd year from the UP government. There was no campus crowd, as there were only two courses, including B.Ed. In my 2 years of study in this college, no curricular activities were held.
