This college is good and helpful.

Placements: For B.Sc. Chemistry students, there are no placement opportunities. As per my knowledge, there are negligible or zero placements in this college. Some departments like BBA, B.Sc, IT, and biotechnology students go for internships as per their own wish.

Review of Gossner College.

Placements: Being a graduation student from Mathematics, there are no good placements in our college. Only 2 or 3 toppers from our course get placed with approximately 4 LPA. But if you are thinking of getting placed just after completing the course, then this is not for you.

This college is budget friendly for all.

Placements: In this college, very less students can find placements from this college. This college only offers placements to the scheduled tribes category students. So that's why I found this college placements facility was not good. At last, this college only gives placements to the toppers of the general caste.

Our college has a really great infrastructure and faculty members.

Placements: Bachelor of science in geology does not offer any placements in this college. Previous batches have received offers from Mahindra with a salary of around Rs. 10,000-15,000 per month. The faculty members will give you information regarding the related internships in different companies like Coal India, etc. The top roles offered in our course depend on the companies that visit the college like Concentrix, which gives you a salary of around Rs. 10,000 per month.

Overall good but can be better.

Placements: No placements are there for any branch or courses, they provide placements through other college alumni which is negligible. If you try for off campus placement then the teacher helps a lot but there are no placement cells or anything. Before 2018, some companies visited our college.

It provides excellent college life with friends.

Placements: In this college, there were no students were placed from campus, because when I was in this college. I had not seen any company coming for campus recruitment. There was not a single company that came for campus recruitment so without campus recruitment how students will judge the top recruiting company.

It has a good infrastructure and facilities but needs more improvement. .

Placements: Almost 35% of the students got placed from our course. Less than 15% of students got internships from good companies. Most of the students of our batch are decided to go for their higher education.

It is the best college for B.Sc mathematics Honours.

Placements: Our B.Sc session was from 2017-2020. More than 150 students joined in that batch, but until semester 2, only 120-130 students remained. The rest of the students either left or were absent. The fee is usually approximately Rs. 24,000-26,000 per year for general category students, but for OBC and SC/ST of Jharkhand, they got a full scholarship from Jharkhand scholarship scheme. There was no campus selection. From B.Sc in mathematics, we can select various jobs that are government-based or you can ...

I have a good experience at this college.

Placements: About 60-70% of students from our course get placed. The highest salary package offered in our course is 6 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, etc., visit our campus for placements. We are provided with good job training in different companies before being placed.

Gossne College- A college for those who could not get IIT and NIT. Next best to Xavier's College.

Placements: We were a batch of about 75 students. About 10% students got selected through on-campus placements. Companies like concentrix and sherpa came for placement drive. The highest package offered was about 3.6 lacs and the lowest was 2.2 lacs. Average was 2.6 lacs. 5 % students got internship in TCS and Wipro. Assistant system engineer- trainee and IT support- trainee are the roles offered to the students.

It is a good college with low fees with regular classes.

Placements: The ratio of placement is average because of the least number of companies visiting for placements. Almost 30-40% of the students got placed by the college. You have to depend less on college.

I had a memorable and good experience.

Placements: There are 120 students in my course. I am from the 18-2021 batch. The course is good, but no company has visited our college, so this can be a negative point. In this course, many projects and assignments are given which helps us gain knowledge.

Our college is good, but the university is not good as it doesn't conduct exams on time.

Placements: The minimum academic percentage required for students is 70% in chemistry. Salary packages are not offered for chemistry Honours students, and companies don't take part in placements. Sometimes maybe very few students get selected by companies if they are academically top. About 20% to 30% of the students got internships from courses.

There are very bad placements. However, faculty members are very helpful.

Placements: In the B.Com department, faculty members are very good, but the placement policy is very bad. Not many companies visit here to recruit students from our course. However, our college has provided internships to final-year students in many companies like Bajaj Allianz, LIC and many more. Any student can apply for internships in these companies.

I am not much satisfied, but overall, it was a good experience.

Placements: Placements in our college are very poor. Companies don't come to the college campus. Some of the companies which come are only banks or some startup companies, and they offer a very low salary. If you want to do an internship, then you have to do it on your own because college provides you with a letter only.

Quality of teaching is good.

Placements: About 10-20% placement occurred each year, and BBA course students also get placement. The highest salary package offered in the year 2019 was about 4 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is about 2 LPA and the average salary package offered is about 3.2 LPA. Recruiting companies of this college are some of the local companies.

The infrastructure of our college needs improvement.

Placements: I don't have knowledge about students who got placed in our course till now. Placements and job opportunities at our college are not that great. They don't provide any facilities for internships and not quite helpful for that. Campus selection facilities are not available here.
