Placements: Mainly, companies are coming to our college for B.Com courses, like Deloitte, ICICI Bank, etc. However, for BCA, there are only one or two companies hiring. Till now, only Accenture has come to pick BCA graduates. There is a huge gap in the CTC of B.Com and BCA. For B.Com, the average CTC is 7 to 8 LPA, while for BCA, the maximum LPA is only 3.5 to 4 LPA.

Placements: The placement percentage for BA at Goswami Ganesh Dutta College in Chandigarh is approximately 20 to 30 percent. However, some say that BBA and BCOM students get better placement options in college. The business school has better statistics.

Placements: While most of the student from our course opted for further studies, nearly 30-40% students are placed by Companies like Deloitte, ICICI, Accenture. Other recruiting companies are TCS. As per internships, students have to apply for off-campus internships.

Accenture offers a package of around 3.5 LPA for junior roles, while ICICI offers a starting salary of Rs 45000 per month. Some startups offer packages of around 30-35K per month for Chandigarh postings. Out of a batch of 150 students, on average 10-20 get placed, and the rest either prepare for masters or go into business.

Placements: Placement percentage of SD College is above 80%. The average package is 9 Lacs, the minimum is 5 Lacs, and the highest package is 20 Lacs. The college has a NAAC A+ grade accredited by Bangalore and has been recognized among all colleges for the past few years. It is also selected under the first program by New Delhi.

The college doesn't provide 100% placements; very few students get placed. To sit for the placement exam, students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance. Overall, the course requires a minimum of 75% marks.

Placements: We have over 80% of students who apply for this course; the highest package is 6 lakh coming from Deloitte. Many others also visit, but this is most of them. ICICI Bank, Deloitte, Amazon, etc. are the top recruiters. Almost 70% of students are placed. Roles offered are audit assistance and accounting roles.

Placements: While placement support is provided by GGDSD College through its Placement Cell, finding immediate jobs for the students is difficult. In general, it is quite tough, especially for humanities students. The exact placement percentage is approximately 20-30%. This percentage signifies the tough competition within the job market. However, B.Com and BBA students tend to receive good placements. The college has the PMLSD Business School on its campus, and the statistics are good.

Placements: If I talk about BCA in our college, placement is not very good; students who will secure good marks in their overall course without any backlogs plus students who will have skills will only get placement, and for placement some aptitude and coding tests will also take place, and at the end group discussion and personal interview will be conducted. Around 80% of students opt for this course, and the highest package offered is between 8 to 9 Lakh per annum. On average, companies offer packages between 4 to 5 Lakh per annum. However, the college does not provide internships, so students are required to arrange internships on their own.

Placements: The batch was nice and the teachers teach very well. The percentage of students getting placed is less according to different streams but we get more knowledge through this course than others. The scope of this course is high. The highest package offered by the college is 50 Lacs per annum and the lowest is 15 lacs per annum.

Placements: According to college, there are almost 100% placements, but as far as I know, it's around 50-60% as most of them are not serious about the studies. As for the highest package, it's around 12 LPA, and the minimum and average are around 3 LPA. There are several big companies that hire students for jobs as well as for internships. About the roles offered in my course, I am in B.Sc. computer science, so there are several roles in the coding field that I can acquire.

Placements: More than seventy percent of students got campus placements in Goswami Ganesh Dutta Sanatan Dharma College, Chandigarh, by doing the course of BBA. The average package of placement in Goswami Ganesh Dutta Sanatan Dharma College is 5 LPA. Top recruiters are Deloitte, ICICI, etc.

Placements: In SD, admission occurs on the basis of 12th class marks. The cut-off is generally high compared to other colleges. The basic criteria for placement is more than 50% marks without any backlogs. I am in the final year right now, so I don't know much about placements, but there is a good placement cell in our college. Every year, several students get placed based on their skills. Various recruiters are Accenture, TCS, HDFC Bank, Microsoft, Wipro, and many more.

Placements: Placement percentage is very low as far as I know, so it's better to not opt for this particular college if your main concern is placement. You would have to look for off-campus placements. However, you will get the opportunity to get placed in the fifth semester.

The top recruiting companies are Deloitte, Accenture, etc. The internship is mostly interest- and interview-based. Approximately 95% of students get internships, both paid and unpaid. The top roles offered are senior accountant, associate, etc.

Placements: The BCA course is very good and it improves knowledge about information technology. The college offered good placements to intelligent students who are capable. The highest average package is 45 lacs per annum and the minimum package is 15 lacs per annum.

Placements: There is no placement in the college for biotechnology students. If we want, then we have to apply off-campus. But if we want to apply off-campus, we can start with internships at research institutions so that we have more experience in our CVs before joining a job.

Placements: Mostly, 50% of students get recruited on the basis of their performance in an interview. The students have been offered the highest packages, such as 10-12 LPA, from leading companies that come to recruit in SD every year, like Apple, Lenovo, Samsung, Microsoft, etc.
