Placements: Every student who sits for placements gets a job opportunity in the company. The highest salary package offered is 25 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is around 4 LPA. Banking and management companies visit the college. Around 40-55% of students got their seats in placements.
Placements: Last year, almost 100% of the graduating class was placed, with Deloitte, ICICI, HDFC, and other major recruiters participating. This year, Deloitte, ICICI, and Accenture have already completed their placements, and the placement record this year will be just as good.
Placements: I'm in 2nd year, so as of now, there have been no placement events. Therefore, I don't know much about that, and I have to research it. But I know about fashion designing students; they do internships every semester. And for B.Sc. students, there is an internship provided in the summer.
Placements: I don't have much idea about placements as this is my first year, but the college enjoys a good reputation for placements, and it also advertises a 100% placement record. The college is under Panjab University, so after graduation, students receive a degree from PU, and PU is reputed, and this can help in getting placements.
Placements: Not that much. Actually, most of the students here are from family business backgrounds, so they don't even sit for placements. The students with potential mostly get placed. The highest till date from the 1st batch of the college is 22 LPA, the lowest is 4 LPA, and the average is 6 LPA. We are eligible for internships after the 2nd semester, and all students are required to do an internship and submit a report to the college. Roles like marketing, sales, finance, business analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is not very good There are some features provided by the college but not all students can make full use of the resources. The library and classrooms do not open before 9 AM, which is annoying.
Placements: Placements are provided, but they depend on your skills, knowledge, qualifications, and grades. Big firms do come to the college to offer internships and on-campus recruitment. However, the course is new, so we cannot expect many placements for this particular course.
Placements: Placements are average for science and art students but they are way better for the commerce department including BCA BBA and BCom courses. Many big companies like Deloitte and Axis Bank came to college for internships and placements. Placements for nonmedical are also good.
Placements: Around 8-10% of students get placed every year in our college. The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 1.5 LPA. Companies like Accenture, ICICI Bank, Deloitte, etc., visit our college to recruit students. Our college is good at placements. Around 10-12 students got internships in Deloitte and Accenture. The role offered is sales executive.
Placements: The placement percentage is 85% for my course. The average package is about 4-5 LPA. Although there are good companies like EY, Deloitte, PwC, ICICI Bank, TCS, and HCL, it is well known mainly for commerce and management studies. It is a good choice for undergraduate courses.
Placements: Mainly, companies are coming to our college for B.Com courses, like Deloitte, ICICI Bank, etc. However, for BCA, there are only one or two companies hiring. Till now, only Accenture has come to pick BCA graduates. There is a huge gap in the CTC of B.Com and BCA. For B.Com, the average CTC is 7 to 8 LPA, while for BCA, the maximum LPA is only 3.5 to 4 LPA.
Placements: The placement percentage for BA at Goswami Ganesh Dutta College in Chandigarh is approximately 20 to 30 percent. However, some say that BBA and BCOM students get better placement options in college. The business school has better statistics.
Placements: Some of the most frequent companies that visit our college every year for BCA students are Accenture, ICICI Bank, and some startups. Accenture offers a package of around 3.5 LPA for junior roles, while ICICI offers a starting salary of Rs 45000 per month. Some startups offer packages of around 30-35K per month for Chandigarh postings. Out of a batch of 150 students, on average 10-20 get placed, and the rest either prepare for masters or go into business.
Placements: According to the seniors, the highest package students have received in BCA is 12 LPA, and the average package is 3-4 LPA. The college doesn't provide 100% placements; very few students get placed. To sit for the placement exam, students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance. Overall, the course requires a minimum of 75% marks.
Placements: If I talk about BCA in our college, placement is not very good; students who will secure good marks in their overall course without any backlogs plus students who will have skills will only get placement, and for placement some aptitude and coding tests will also take place, and at the end group discussion and personal interview will be conducted. A low amount of students got placement. Average package may be around 4 lakhs. Students can get internships if they do not have any backlogs. After BC...
Placements: Over 90% of students get placed in the B.Com course, with packages ranging from 3 to 4 Lakh per annum. Top recruiters include TCS, HCL, and Accenture. Around 80% of students opt for this course, and the highest package offered is between 8 to 9 Lakh per annum. On average, companies offer packages between 4 to 5 Lakh per annum. However, the college does not provide internships, so students are required to arrange internships on their own.
Placements: In SD, admission occurs on the basis of 12th class marks. The cut-off is generally high compared to other colleges. The basic criteria for placement is more than 50% marks without any backlogs. I am in the final year right now, so I don't know much about placements, but there is a good placement cell in our college. Every year, several students get placed based on their skills. Various recruiters are Accenture, TCS, HDFC Bank, Microsoft, Wipro, and many more.
Placements: Placement percentage is very low as far as I know, so it's better to not opt for this particular college if your main concern is placement. You would have to look for off-campus placements. However, you will get the opportunity to get placed in the fifth semester.
Placements: The percent of students placed in our course in our college is around 80 percent and the highest average package offered is between 10 and 15 lacs, and the lowest average package is around 5 lacs to 8 lacs. The top MNC's come to recruit students and give top roles according to skills .
Placements: There is no guaranteed placement. The placement percentage is about 20-30%. There is also a placement cell available for the students where they can seek help. The average salary packages are 5 LPA. In my department, students usually go for higher studies.
