My experience at the Government Bikram College of Commerce.

Placements: Academics are good in the college, but there's no placement offered. A few lectures are given for career counseling. You can join NSS if you want to participate in extracurricular activities; otherwise, there are no other social groups. Students don't get any internships from the college.

Infrastructure: The college doesn't have any hostels. The college campus is small. The infrastructure is good. They have a total of three computer labs. Classrooms are fine, and the library has almost all the books required for the coursework. The college has set up many Wi-Fi networks, but they can only be accessed by professors. Students don't get access to Wi-Fi.

Faculty: The faculty is excellent, but the student-to-teacher ratio is bad. There's one teacher for a class of almost 80 students. The syllabus of BCA is very outdated. They're still teaching about input and output devices in the first year. Skill-based teaching is lacking.

Other: I chose this course to pursue my career in web development, but this course doesn't focus on the practical skills of students. Most of the time, students don't get enough time to build practical skill sets because they have to finish the syllabus first. You have to complete unnecessary assignments with next to zero use in real life. Learning could be more engaging.

Review of Government Bikram College of Commerce.

Placements: Average placements are provided for the pass-out students. Almost 40% of the students got placed. The average salary package offered is around 5 LPA. Many good companies also come here like Wipro, TCS, and Airtel. Almost all the students got offers for internships, but very few got placed. So we can say that the placements are average.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not available and labs are equipped with computers but they are very old ones. Classrooms are dirty, and librarians in the library do not want to do any work. The canteen is average and the hostel is not provided. Sports activities are almost zero. Our college has poor facilities.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and good. Almost all the teachers are Ph.D. holders. Teachers are ready to do whatever they can for the satisfaction of the students. All the teachers are very good and polite. The overall teaching quality provided is very good. They make students ready for the industry.

Experience of Government Bikram College of commerce .

Placements: There are no placement opportunities for kids, but I think there are placements with .6 LPA salary. So, of course, don't think about on-campus placements in this college. I don't know if there is anyone who got big on-campus or off-campus placements in college, but I know some students who got internships due to their hard work.

Infrastructure: The college is kind of good, with nice infrastructure, and the hostel rooms and mess are also good. You get a nice library. They also clean the grass in the park. But it's not good for couples. There is good-speed internet available for labs, which is one of the best things about the college.

Faculty: The syllabus is kind of old and not up to date. Teachers are mostly nice and help you to cover your syllabus, and they are very knowledgeable in their careers. The semester exams are not difficult, but I don't like the checking of Patiala University, Patiala; they give very few marks.

Other: I did this course to know about computer .

Absolutely dissatisfied because of less practical knowledge .

Placements: I don't know the exact percentage of students, and I apologize if my English is poor. There was only one placement company that offered a package of 1.7–1.8 LPA. After that, no other placements came to our college. There was an interview in which only 2% of students passed. The top role offered was Software Engineer.

Infrastructure: My college has a canteen and a library. The library is good, but the canteen is average. There is no Wi-Fi available for students; Wi-Fi is only for the staff. They provide less practical knowledge and more theory. Hostel and NCC facilities are available in the college, and sometimes the college organizes food festivals.

Faculty: Teachers were really experts in this college; they have a vast knowledge of subjects. I think it depends on us to educate ourselves, but the study materials in this college are outdated. The computer software is also outdated, and they are using old computers. Exams were easy; I scored 70% in the exams.

Other: My parents forced me to do this course, to be honest, but I also know there is a future in the IT sector. The best thing about this course is that the future relies on AI and robotics. If we know computers well, we can change everything in our surroundings. I think the most important thing to change is updating the Windows operating systems on the computers; all the Windows in this college are not genuine. The computers are also outdated and need to be upgraded, with more emphasis on practical work than theory. Every year, there are events like Milan, food festivals, NCC camps, and more.

Good in understanding staff proper college life and infrastructure as I love it.

Placements: There is not much placement till I SEE but good to SEE faculty as there is much helpful teachers they give us right way to get placement and skills for placement as some of having much link to teachers as is SEE to much companies which is helpful for us in this placement.

Infrastructure: Good infrastructure nice to SEE this infrastructure gets Wi-Fi available proper management as I SEE there is good management or infrastructure in this we SEE good hostels rooms as well as proper cleaned this is much impressive food is quality food which is good all over.

Faculty: Teachers are very knowledgeable they taught us good lessons and makes easier to Learn as I do well in every exams because of my teachers the way they teach us properly in the classroom and we learn to good SEE the teachers hardworking and exams are little bit tough.

Other: I choose BCA. Because today is AI world Everts are much as in winter there are alot of events we can SEE properly enjoyment.
