Good College, No Placement, Good Campus Life

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and helpful. Most of them hold Ph.D. degrees and are NET-qualified. They are highly knowledgeable, but some teachers here are less knowledgeable. The curriculum is irrelevant and does not make students industry-ready. Semester exams are good and of low difficulty.

Brennen College is one of the best college in Kannur, Kerala.

Faculty: Yes, teachers are very helpful. There are many books to refer to and many other facilities for study. There are many small exams there for preparation for the semester. The pass mark is a minimum of 16 marks out of 40. I always prefer the college to study and enjoy the campus life.

The Brennen world of new lessons.

Faculty: Teachers are highly educated; some of them are from IITs. They are helpful. There are more than 20 courses available, most of them are research-oriented. The curriculum is for 3-4 years, about 6 semesters under Kannur University. It does not guarantee making students industry-ready. Semester exams are generally easy. A minimum of 16-24 marks is needed to pass out of 40.

Good facilities are provided by a government-run institution.

Faculty: Our college is a government college, and all teachers are appointed through PSC exams, so all faculty members are NET qualified, and majority of them have their Ph.D. The course curriculum is not very updated we are still following the syllabus which was set many years before. Although timely changes are made, the basics are still the same.

I am satisfied because of faculty members and facilities.

Faculty: Exams are simple and standard. But, the time for semester exams is very limited. Time is correctly allocated. We can pass all exams by studying the previous questions. Sometimes, exams can be tough. Even average students can pass all exams. Teachers are very helpful.

It has good faculty members but do not expect plcements.

Faculty: Highly qualified and educated teachers in the department help students learn the topics very clearly. With the help of modern technology, concepts are easily understandable. This course does not make students industry-ready. Semester exams are not hard. We can pass even after studying just one day before the exams.

I am not well satisfied because college politics is not good. But, it is good at few things.

Faculty: Teachers are well-educated, and all of them are PhD holders. Their teaching skills are good and understandable. Semester exam is average. The pass mark is 16 out of 40. but, the semester ends very fast, so it’s hard to catch up. Otherwise, it’s okay. NAAC accredited the college with an A+ grade.

Overall best College for M.A. In History Course.

Faculty: I didn't enjoy the instructors, as I often didn't understand what they were teaching, and the classes were monotonous. The curriculum is fine. Exams are held regularly, once a month during the semester, and creating record books takes time. Semester exams are difficult, and the pass rate is 30%.

Amazing campus life and faculty but no placements.

Faculty: Faculty members are friendly and very supportive. Most of them have done their Ph.D. in their respective fields. They share their own notes to teach, which is very helpful during the exams. Course curriculum is relevant and makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderately easy with a pass percentage of almost 80%.
