I recommend the students who passed out their +2 classes to take admission in this college.
Placements: In our course, the minimum marks percentage is 61. My grade percentage is 64.64, which is average. In our course, top roles with technical duties are offered to able students, who fulfil their responsibilities. Technical (information technology, IIT, etc.) and financial companies like banks are the top recruiters for our course.
Infrastructure: All things and services are available at our college. Example: A library, open-air theatre, canteen, cricket ground, volleyball ground, swimming pool, etc. are there in my college. By the way, my college is the best in all of Punjab. I am thankful to my parents for giving me the chance to study at this college.
Faculty: All faculty members (staff) are very helpful to all students and to each other, which is a plus for this advanced college. In other words, this staff is also qualified and very knowledgeable. Most of these teachers are Ph.D.-qualified. Semester exams are average for students who take responsibility for their own dreams and goals.

I think you can visit this college, as it's the best college ever.
Placements: In my course, I think our college provides the best placements ever. I think at least 50% of students got placed. I'm one of those students. Many scholarship benefits are provided. From the private sector, many worldwide companies and also from India like Nestle, Reliance, TCL, etc., recruit students from my course. My colleague students, up to 40% of students, are working in the government sector. Up to 50% of students work in the top private companies. I worked in Nestle as an accounts manager.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for our course is really good. I enjoyed many facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, and really good classrooms. The college has a huge library. Many books are available. The classrooms are very neat and clean. For hostelers, they provide good food facilities. Medical and canteen facilities are really good. For sports and games, it's really good.
Faculty: The teachers are really helpful. Most of the teachers are PhD holders. They have the best knowledge of their subjects. All the teachers are kind, gentle and understanding. Their teaching is the best. They teach in a very easy way. I think my course is very relevant and makes students industry-ready. The pass percentage is 35%. If you're a good student, exams are easy for you, and you can easily pass your exams.
Other: I have always liked corporate life, that's way I chose this course. The best thing about this is it teaches you many moral things. Campus life is really fantastic. You can enjoy many fests and events with your friends. This is the place for extracurricular activities. The college provides many scholarships and allowances like internet allowance.

Why/why not chose government brijindra college.
Placements: The placements are offered in the regional job fair organised in the college each year. Many companies from around the college and city come to recruit students. The packages offered are not much attractive comapred to other institutes around the country.
Infrastructure: Hostel facility is available only for boys. Other facilities are there such as the library which is well content with books related all the topics. There is a book bank that provided books for needy students. The classrooms need to be cleaned and smart learning needs to be introduced.
Faculty: The teaching faculty is quite understanding and cooperative. But the non teaching staff makes you run around the campus for a simple work to be done. The exams and the curriculum is cramming based and is not much relevant to the real world. It is more like you cram the book and threw up everything in the exam.
Other: There are very less extra curriculum activities in the campus. The sports environment is quite good. There are almost no events and fests organised in the college. There is only NSS and NCC that is a well organised activity.

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) - Batch of 2021

Our college is good for financially poor students with less fees.
Placements: We pursued a four-year agriculture course here, and we passed out in 2021. Placements are not held in our college for agriculture students. Internships are not offered to any of the students. None of the companies visited here for the recruitment process. So, there will be no offers for students.
Infrastructure: Our department was built newly. It has 3-4 huge rooms, new blackboards, many benches and a water machine. There is a cleaned bathroom for boys and girls in only our department. Wi-Fi is not available here, and there are labs. But there are no staff members and equipment. There is a library, and we get books from there. There are no medical facilities. Cricket is played as the main sport here.
Faculty: Teachers here always get changed, and there is no qualified teacher. Some teachers were qualified to some extent, and the teaching quality was not good here. This course does not make students ready for the industry. We always got good marks. We all are passed with a good percentage like nearly about 65%-70%.
Other: I am from the 2017 batch, and my passing out year is 2021. My course is B.Sc agriculture. I chose this course because someone I know did the same course. Our college always gives written work which is not needed. Scholarships are provided for all students. Functions are not organised here.

It's a government college, with limited seats, so it is challenging to get admission here.
Placements: As it is a government college, students who stay nearby places prefer to take admission here. There are limited admissions in this college, and it gives admissions to students who have the highest academic percentage. There were 80 seats in our course by the time I passed out. The total number of students in different courses in the college are approximately 5,000.
Infrastructure: It is a government college, and it was established as per memories of Maharaja Brijindra Singh. So, there are old things, but now there are many modern facilities. Classrooms are of the old type and huge, and there are fans and lights in every room. There is a huge library in the college. The library has many books and a very calm environment. In the hostel, good quality food is available in the mess. There is also a canteen. There are different playgrounds for sports like cricket, hockey, athletics, etc. There is a swimming pool.
Faculty: All teachers here are very well educated. They speak very politely. Every teacher has a good experience in their subject, so they teach in a very easy method. Students can easily and comfortably understand. They teach differently and use modern methods.
Other: I am interested in science subjects, so I chose it. I have learned a lot from our course and our college. Getting admission here was a bit difficult because there were limited seats. The fee structure of our college is very low compared to other colleges. Different events, dance competitions, festivals and games are conducted here. There are scholarships for students.

Our college provides good knowledge.
Placements: Our college doesn't provide any placement opportunities. Sometimes, the state government organise the Rojgar Mela, an employment fair. Our college provides few internship opportunities. They provide the best internship opportunities in IndiaPost Payment Bank.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college building is old. The library is good. It has many academic and comparative exam books. We have an E-library. The hostel is not good. The food served in the mess is not good. The canteen is good.
Faculty: Our teachers are knowledgeable and well-qualified. The teaching quality is good. They are helpful. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are easy. The pass percentage is 35%.
