Poor placement, Inexpensive, good faculty, infrastructure needs improvement .
Placements: Even though many companies came, still there is not a single placement from our college.There were no internships from previous batches also. Only for psychology students, opportunities are available (college does not provide any internship or placement).
Infrastructure: Smart classes are available but do not work (especially B.A. department). Food available in the canteen is not upto the mark. Building needs renovation. The classrooms are big but not big enough as per the strength of the students, sometimes more than 100 students have to sit in a single class.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and experienced. There are many university toppers from our college. Physical education department is best as it does not only provide nutritional food to the players but also students get the opportunity to play at district and state levels.
Other: Scholarships are provided but only according to the reservations. This college is suitable for those who can not afford expensive colleges. Many Co curriculum activities are organized from every department of college but the infrastructure needs improvement.

Bad infrastructure but satisfied due to excellent facility.
Placements: 540 students were placed.
Plenty of courses and subjects to choose from with good faculty. Many students get recruited in good companies. Also, we have regular guest lectures being organized. There are so many societies to join and each one of them regularly arranges competitions and functions.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not too good, college being under government. But overall it's not too bad as well. It is not updated. The classrooms are a bit suffocating because of the windows that never open and are jammed. We have a large canteen offering a good amount of food items with quite a fine sitting accommodation. The medical facilities are not good at all and the dispensary is often found without any doctor there. There's a gymnasium in the college. Also, the hostel is safe but there's no air conditioner which students complain about a lot.
Faculty: The staff is helpful, concerned, loyal, experienced and knowledgeable. The faculty manages to make good relation with the students and are quite professional in whatever they do. They are understanding and patient as well. If you indulge yourself in co-curricular activities with academics you would definitely stand out in the crowd and take something with you from here.
Other: I want more inter and intra college events as well as a little updation in the infrastructure.

The life of a BA student in GCG, Ludhiana.
Placements: Talking about the placements, they are not up to the mark as only a few of the students get the job . The companies are very few that come to the campus to offer a job. Taking consideration of percentages, it is only 30 to 40 percent of students who get the placement .
Infrastructure: The building of the college is very attractive . It has a big garden for roaming, a huge library and also a canteen for food. The outsiders are not allowed into the college . Hostels are provided by the college itself . They are very clean and hygienic.
Faculty: The faculty of this college is very qualified and helpful . The teachers help us in doubt solving and they are also the real motivators . The semester exams are of good difficulty level and they help us in preparing for our finals . Many of the students pass with good percentages .
Other: The college life is good .

Our college is worth the money paid.
Placements: This course helps me a lot in completing my dream as I want to be an IAS officer. This course provides good knowledge.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college provides us with all facilities. Classrooms are spacious and well-maintained. The food served in the mess and canteen is good and healthy. The hostel rooms are well-furnished.
Faculty: Our teachers are helpful and well-qualified. They guide us. They are knowledgeable. If I ever get a chance to become a mentor, I would like to become a mentor. My favorite teacher is my geography teacher.
Other: I opted for this course to become an IAS officer. The geography syllabus should be precise so it'll be easy for students to complete it in time. Our campus arranges many fest and events. All events are very well-maintained. Students got a chance to learn something from these events.

Our college is the best in the city.
Placements: Most of the students get placed in top companies. Since it is a government institute internship programs are frequently arranged. Many students of B.A. get placed in the government banking sector before finishing the course.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are well-equipped with smart classes, Wi-Fi, LEDs, and projectors. There is a spacious and well-maintained library with a good amount of books and a silent atmosphere. There is a great seating capacity with a very nice ambiance, and countless trees, and bushes in the green parks that make the environment so beautiful. There is a large sports ground that has facilities for basketball, volleyball, cricket, and many more games. Canteen is spacious, affordable, and hygienic.
Faculty: College offers amazing quality education for such a less amount of fee. Faculty is highly qualified, experienced, and supportive. The best part is extracurricular activities along with education which makes learning and gaining knowledge extraordinary. Professors help students prepare for semester exams in such a manner that exams seem easy to pass and score.
Other: I chose this course for preparation of UPSC CSE exam. College provides extra and free coaching for preparation of this exam. There are several other public sector exam coaching is given free of cost.
