Review of Government College of Commerce and Business Administration.
Placements: Our college offers campus placements and maximum students get placement in our college with the big firms like Wipro, Godrej, TCS, etc. The top rolls of our courses are sales manager, marketing manager, and purchase manager. Around 40% of students go through placements in our college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is decent. It is not like a luxurious college or a third-class college. There are facilities like Wi-Fi facilities left in the facility classroom and there is also library and all the classrooms are smart classes. There is also a canteen and mess for the hostel medical facilities and the sports in our college are basketball, football, lawn tennis and also a gym.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful for the development of children because they are all committed, and this college is specialized for the management and business activities. All the teachers are PhD holders in their own subjects, and they help the students very well. With the help of the teachers and the environment provided by the college, it has the student ready for the industrial activity also. Semester exams are not that much difficulty for students; if they prepare well, they can easily pass the examinations. And this college comes under the Panjab University.
Other: My course is a bachelor of business administration and this is a professional course; that's why I chose this course. As per the new education policy, the courses nowadays have become very interactive and practical based so it's not that in the past only we had to do theory but there are also many other activities so that we can enhance our skills.

This college is good no attendance pressure provide various sport and other apportunity to students
Placements: The companies come for placement but only few companies came last year. There are various seminars from various companies. There is also a placement cell present in college. I heard some students are offered around 50lpa package in BCA but you should have some specialized skill.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good for students. Library, classroom, labs are well maintained. Sports ground is not well maintained. Otherwise all facilities are good. There are also various sports activities in college. The trails for inter college is also held in college.
Faculty: The teachers are very supportive and well qualified. They are very serious about studies. The exams are not very difficult. I recommend to pursue some other specialized course side by side. The students can easily pass the exams by studying before the exams.
Other: I have interest in computer that why I chose this course. They are teaching in old software, the new software should be provided. There is fest in college, crowd is good, various type of scholarship are available especially for financially weak students. There are various curriculum activities in sports and other various activities.

Satisfied with the faculty and infrastructure, but dissatisfied with the campus crowd.
Placements: About 50% students are placed in very good companies and the rest are placed in normal companies. Packages between 3.5LPA to 6LPA are offered in this course. The roles offered in companies are that of Sales employee, Assistant Manager, etc. The top recruiting companies are Zomato, The Times of India, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is very good as compared to the other colleges. The library is fully air conditioned and a conference room is established for meetings and other activities. The classrooms are very large having a capacity of 200 students at a time.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful inside and outside the classrooms. All the teachers are well qualified. Semesters exams are not difficult for the students who have attended the classes. Without even a single hour studied at home, the students can pass if they have attended all the classes. The difficulty level is moderate.
Other: The college does not have much crowd. Majority of the students are found in the class and the library.

Qualified and helpful faculty available but canteen is not good .
Placements: 30% students were placed with an average package of 4 LPA. Top recruiter was Deloitte. For Bachelors of Commerce, the role provided to the students is of Audit. The highest package was 6 LPA and the lowest was 2.5 LPA. Internships from Younity and AIESEC were provided.

Faculty: Highly qualified Ph.D. holder teachers, quite knowledgeable, helpful, guide well. The course curriculum is very relevant. Deep knowledge of the subjects is provided. Semester exams are moderate, and the pass percentage is 40 percent. The mid-semester exams are very beneficial for final semester preparation.
Other: Good campus, canteen not that good, many extracurricular activities, scholarships for weaker sections, many feats and events take place.

Overall, the college is good.
Placements: There are about 50-60 students in my course. I haven't applied for any placements so I don't know about the packages yet. A lot of companies do visit for placements. Around 50% students get internships is what I heard, but I will only be applying for placements this year.
Infrastructure: Hostel is not built yet, it is under construction. Let’s hope it gets built real soon. Wi-Fi is only accessible in the computer labs, if it were accessible to everyone in the college it would’ve been much better. The classrooms have fans but should also have curtains to stop the sunlight from outside which makes it difficult to see the board clearly.
Faculty: The teaching staff in this college is qualified and have good knowledge of the subjects they teach They make it easy to understand the topic by connection it to the real life and by examples Semester exams are difficult but not much difficult if you study the concepts .
Other: I chose this course as I was interested in technology and computer related fields. A lot of fests and sports activities are organized in the college.
