Review of Solan Government PG College Himachal.
Placements: Our college has one of the best campuses in Solan. Almost every student in my batch got a placement. The highest package was 10 LPA, and the lowest was 4 LPA. All companies were government-affiliated. One of our batch members is now an IAS officer. All the other batchmates are doing fine in their careers.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good and clean. Hostel for girls. Canteen for all students. Overall, all other facilities are available on campus, like parking. The building is pretty clean, and the classes are large enough to fit 60+ students comfortably. There are security guards, and no one outside can enter.
Faculty: As it is a government college, every professor is well-qualified. Every professor came after cracking the government exam. Daily classes with them make students fully prepared for their respective jobs. Exams are done on the college campus with a fully prepared system. So don't feel pressured.
Other: Make sure to reap the benefits of scholarships.

I am very satisfied with staff members of this college.
Placements: Placements are average. The minimum salary offered was Rs 10,000 per month. The maximum salary offered was Rs 15,000 per month.
Infrastructure: Many laboratories are available. Classrooms are well-maintained. There is a hall. It also provides clean desks, fans, and boards. A few desks are broken in our classrooms. There is a decent library in this college. Several books are available in the library.
Faculty: All faculty members are very good. Teachers are knowledgeable, cooperative, helpful, and highly qualified. They always clarify our doubts. The course curriculum is relevant to make students ready for the industry. Semester exams are not difficult. If we study well, we can score good marks. The passing percentage is 35%.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it. This course provides in-depth knowledge to students. Our college has value for money. Many fests and events are organised on our campus. Many students join the functions and enjoy it. Our campus is crowded. It is annoying to stand outside in a crowd and wait for the subsequent classes as we have to change classrooms for classes.
