The college campus is good. Well-built classroom with CCTV facility. There are different labs for different branches. There are gymkhana, canteen, and a big Ground. The faculty members are well experienced and knowledgeable. The teaching method of all the teachers is very good. The companies like Oracle, Google, etc. come for placements.
The college has a good campus but the location is bit off as it is situated far from main part of Gandhinagar. The faculty is just average considering government standards. The canteen is good and the labs are equipped with fast computers. Sports facility is mediocre but days are celebrated regularly. It is a good option for those who are looking for government colleges near Ahmedabad.
This is a good engineering college with an excellent infrastructure. The college provides opportunities to the students to showcase their abilities. The placements are really good. The faculty is friendly with the students. The college provides many facilities such as a hostel, a canteen, an ATM etc.
It is a very nice college and has good infrastructure. All the faculty members are very regular and have good knowledge and ability to provide knowledge to the students. And the location of the college is a plus point and the hostel of the college is also good enough.
It is a nice college for both teaching and learning new courses. The faculty are qualified enough to help you and they will also guide you for the studies. There is a problem for the students staying outside Gandhinagar for the transportation. But for the students staying in the Gandhinagar or near the college, they had the hostels for both boys and girls. But for the girls, they had much less fee for the government hostel which is in the neighborhood of our college.
Placements: In my college, the placement facility is not so good AS compared to other government colleges of Gujarat, especially for the instrumentation and control department. There is a good placement service for other departments like biomedical, metallurgy and computer engineering. The percentage for placement is around 10-15 % of the total number of students in the department. The salary offered to the student is average.
Best Infrastructure. With an offering of courses in 6 disciplines, affiliated to GTU. It has a friendly environment and good Laboratory. Best Faculty Management. And good facilities such as campus Wi-Fi, library students, store, gymkhana, canteen and many more. Four year degree course is also there for ME which is for 2 years.
Government engineering college is a very nice college. The infrastructure of college is so good. Campus life is good. Facilities it provides is good. Clean and nice college. I’m studying computer engineering recently. Placement is not so good. Very poor. Faculty shortage is a big problem. I am not recommend this college who want to do great study and want to sit in placement.
I personally didn’t liked the teaching scheme offered. As no practical knowledge is being imparted to the students. The Labs are just to be attended for attendance purpose. It should be made rather more of a compulsory task and current level knowledge should be imparted to the students. The overall atmosphere is pretty good to hangout. But, I would instead recommend for a good self-financed college than a Government college, if you are in search of genuine education. The faculties in GEC-Gn are...
Placements: In my college computer engineering course, placement is 70% every year. The minimum package is 500,000, and the highest package is 1,500,000. In my course, internship is compulsory, and every student is involved in the internship program. Companies like NXT Weave, Dev Down, etc., are involved.
Placements: We have the most amount of seats in EC branch around 150 and the placements are below average one of the top recruiters is TCS and internships are pretty rare in short the placements are no good and below average the highest package offered this year was about 4 LPA.
Placements: Aprox 90 to 95 % Students are placed in these Courses the lowest package is 3.5 Something and aprox average package is 4.75 per annum 99% students are got internship from r. a Top recurring company like Amazon, cognizant, Infosys, GIPL, Argusoft, tatvasoft, oracle .
Placements: Top teach companies such as Google, Microsoft, Amazon, and local companies like startups, software consultancies, and IT service provides often recruit from computer engineering departments. Placement reviews discuss the variety of companies that visit campus for recruitment and their specific hiring processes.
Placements: Currently we have 70 students. Each student are in different categories. And with different mind set in education level. According to your knowledge and skills we will get placement offers average pack is 2 Lacs There are many students from sem 7 have attended internships .
Placements: So a total of 5-10 people got placed out of our 170-student batch. The highest was not that much, but it was around 4 LPA, and the lowest would be 2.5 LPA, with an average of 3 LPA. I don't remember the names of the companies that came to our college; some of them were Wipro, GIDC, TCS, etc. Internship opportunities were mostly acquired from outside the campus, with about 40-50% of students getting placements. Top roles are related to telecommunication tech field roles and some routes for the so...
Placements: There will be 8 semesters, from which there will be 7 semesters of study and exams. And after 7th semester exam,. On 8th semester, we will get internship for job experience. Companies like google, Microsoft, Snapchat, Meta, etc. I can take interns and pay them salary for 6 months.
Placements: Placements are average in our college. Almost 60–70% of students got placement. Top recruiting companies are TCS, infosys, Texon, etc. The top roles offered are web development, flutter, etc. The placement cell is always supportive in the placement process.
Placements: Our TPO cells are doing exceptionally well in bringing the companies. As of now, three batches have passed out. While the first batches suffered as no measures were taken as the college itself was established in 2016. But the 2021 and 2022 batches had outstanding placement even during the covid pandemic. Cognizant, Wipro and Infosys hired many students and also got selected in off-drive of major companies like TCS and IBM. College brochures can be referred to for the exact placement stats.
Placements: Placements are not that good. We need more placement and even at the time of internship, we are told to search on our own. The education is good but we don't have any idea about our job. How we will get, but surely we hope will get one, but else gecg is good.
