It's good in terms of studies but don't expect placements here.

Placements: There is a good placement ratio in computer Science and information technology branches. But placement ratio is very less in other branches. The core branches are with the least placement ratio. The placement is decreasing every year. It's on the records only.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of Everything about college.

Placements: There is no placement in this college. Last year a company named digital india visited the college and gives job of sales manager and field surveyor to the engineers. Once TCS also visited the campus and selected some students but after 3 to 4 years no joining letters are offered to them. TPO cell does not helps the students to get an internship.

This is my the short and sweet review of GECJ.

Placements: The placements from the campus are rare, and only a few companies arrive here for hiring. The students were being selected from the various other off-campus and walk-in interviews. The organisation is not good, so the companies coming here are not hiring the students from the past two or three years, so basically, there are no chances of getting a good job from the campus.

The review of GECJ College.

Placements: TPO cell is developing very fast, in and next couple of years the placements will be increased, and every year mostly 10% of the students get placed. Recently one of our classmates is placed in the Wipro company with the package of 3.7 LPA and students go to another institute to give the interviews.

A good college. Good placements in 2014-15. Good infrastructure and location.

Placements: Placements are increasing every year. Many companies are invited to the campus. The college has a joint MOU with NIT Surathkal, so joint placement drives are conducted. Students will get more chances to get placed. The placement details can be seen on the college website.

A short and good introduction of the college.

Placements: The placement ratio is not so good, but many students are getting a job through various other sources, and in the campus also, a few organisations come to hiring, but they all are small firms and not good as per as job safety and the salary offered. The work experience is poor.

The college is zero in study, games, and any streams.

Placements: There are no campus placements in this college, and even there is no campus cell is present. Students find jobs by themselves-behalf the college doesn't provide any help. The college's campus placements are about 0-1%. I never saw any college campus placements in the college.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty and placement.

Placements: Campus Placement of this college is 0% and the training and placement cell is also inactive. Students himself goes in companies and some are get selected. College shows their name as a campus placement and fools other students. TCS once visited the campus and select some students but does not send joining letters to them.

If you want to spoil your career, get admission here.

Placements: There is no placements in this college. No company come here for recruitment. Students have to go for placement in other college. The condition is very poor. There is no placement cell in this college and there is no faculty to guide the students for their personality development and for their career. Also college level is too far from such things like placement.

Don't take admission in this college.

Placements: There are no campus placement in this college. The college campus placement cell is so corrupt and on the name of campus placement they give advice and notification of open job fair in other colleges, In my graduation time I never seen any campus placement company in this college, in 2017 when I was in 8th semester, the only company visited here named as go for digital India, and this is a startup by some BCA students and they hired the freshers graduate engineers for door to door marketing, and...

In short, GECJ is a waste of money.

Placements: No placements were done for my branch, but a management company came, and a lot of students were selected in this placement. The salary is approximately 2 to 3 lacs per annum, but I don't know the company's name. They gave a contract work for students but seriously, it's not good. It's a very bad job for each student.

Poor placement in 2017. Excellent infrastructure and facilities are developed in college.

Placements: The college has very few placements in my and my senior batch. About 20% of students are placed in good companies, and 2.33 lacs per annum is the highest salary offered. There are very few companies that visited our college campus, and the companies offer graduate engineer trainee post. About 2-3% students got internships from the college.

The infrastructure of my college is good. Average placements.

Placements: The placement in my college is normal. Students face a lot of problems during the placements. There is a placement cell in my college. There are internships in my college. 40% of the students got the internship from my college. 40% of the students were placed in different companies.

Absolutely dissatisfied because there is no ATM, medical service, placement problem, etc.

Placements: The placements of my college are average, and 50-60% of the students are placed here. I don't know about the salary offered to the students, as no student is offered internships from the college. Also, a placement cell is available in my college as it is useful for those students who want a job here.

Not good at all, you can enjoy hostel a bit. I especially advise not to take admission.

Placements: There are no placements, even in the recent years. The so-called training and placement faculty are not at all interested to call any companies for placements. You have to go for your own placements after graduation. Although there is a placement cell in the college, there is no permanent faculty to perform the respective work.

Life at Government Engineering College, Jhalawar (GECJ).

Placements: The placements offered in our college were average. It relies upon how you gain four years of experience in the college. As you buckle down, your future will be protected and secure, so don't squander your four years of time. You should create your own mindset and plan on how to get placed.

Government Engineering College Jhalawar.

Placements: Placements are mainly off-campus basically. The college TPO(training and placement cell) helps to know about the placement drives. The maximum salary package offered is 3.5 lacs and the minimum is 1.5 lacs per annum. Sometimes, the college sends brilliant students to the university's main campus for placement drives. In the 2016 batch, mostly CSE students were placed in Wipro. There were no placements for other core branches i.e. civil, mechanical and electrical. There was a placement of two of ...

Placements: GECJ used to place their students in the best industries with good packages before passing the final exam. Many of my friends and I got placed in India's third largest IT group via our college’s reference.

The college is not good. The college faculty members are the worst. The college campus infrastructure is very bad. Pre-placement preparations are also unsatisfactory. Only computer science students get preference, while students of other branches suffer due to the inactive management.
