This is about my college.
Placements: The students placed in our course are around 1 to 5 percent of students in different courses. The highest package is around 5.3 LPA and the lowest is 2.3 LPA. No top recruiting companies. No data about the offered course. And about internships, no one has an internship in our college.
Infrastructure: Because of the new college, the infrastructure is good. We know that the college is in Bihar, so the infrastructure is decent. About the hostel, it is also good. The college has a volleyball ground, football ground, cricket ground, etc. The college has no good canteen facility.
Faculty: The faculty, I think, because it is a government college, some faculty behavior is like government bank employees, which is bad. Not all, but some. So, because of the faculty, I don't recommend it. It doesn’t make the students industry-ready, and the quality of education is very poor.
Other: I only think to tell you that if you have a chance to go to another state college, then you should blindly go ahead because the environment is not sufficient for study and growth.

According to me, GEC Munger is good in terms of discipline and with facilities too.
Placements: In my course, in batch 2023-27, there are a total of 46 students placed. We are the second batch of CSE (AI) in our college, so no student or batch has been offered any package or placement offers yet. IMS Research India, HCL Technologies, Capgemini, Wipro AI Labs, etc.
Infrastructure: For facilities, we are provided with a library where all the books are available. Free Wi-Fi is also provided, so you can study all you want without being worried about data supplies. Classrooms are clean and comfortable. The boys' and girls' hostels are separate, and so are their sports facilities. In the girls' hostel, we are provided with a volleyball court, badminton court, kabaddi ground, etc. Mess food is okay, but the stuff always gets finished in the canteen. We are always transferred to Sadar Hospital in case of a medical emergency.
Faculty: Yes, teachers were helpful, and every teacher was qualified for their respective subjects. All of them are quite knowledgeable too. Yes, this course is totally relevant; it does make the student industry-ready. The semester exams were tough, all the questions are well-defined, and we were asked tough questions.
Other: Because it is the need of the upcoming world, it'll be beneficial for my future. It would be better if we were taught basics like HTML before C language.

A good campus and average placement rate .
Placements: The average package was around 4 Lacs, most of the companies were call based companies, there were no product based companies. The companies provides an average package and the interviews were conducted in different series, The companies that were present for placements were good for core branches like electrical and civil .
Infrastructure: The hostels infrastructure is good and in proper condition The classrooms are good and the overall infrastructure is in good condition. The buildings are all new as the college was established only few years ago. The campus area is not big but it has all the necessary requirements for a college including hostels.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and try to give proper attention to students understanding The course curriculum is not up to the mark, it lacks in knowledge of core papers. The mid semester exams are easy compared to end semester exams but the timing or schedule is not fix, exams are conducted very late and the session needs to be extended due to this.
Other: I choose AI as a course as it will provide me with better opportunity in future placements .

Review of Government Engineering College, Munger.
Placements: Approximately 20–24 students got placed in various branches, with an average salary package of INR 3.14 LPA and 5 students getting the highest package of INR 5.30 LPA. The highest salary package offered was INR 7.1 LPA, while the lowest was INR 3.10 LPA. Top recruiting companies include HCL, NTPC, IBM, etc. Approximately 70 percent of students got internships from NTPC, IBM, CISCO, and many startup companies. Packages are a little low, but it is okay to have a good job the first time.
Infrastructure: Here you get 24 hours Wi-Fi, you get to play lab and indoor games also, there is no bullying in the hostel here, no student is harassed here, and all the facilities here are good, which helps in everything and here. The mess food is much better than the other college comparison. And there is also a canteen, which is open once a week. We have sports and games facilities. They always provide medical care in our hostel.
Faculty: In our college, teachers take regular classes, the syllabus is over on time, and the teachers are preparing for the entrance exam along with all the semester exams. And if you get a chance to study in this way, you can get placement in any industry and talk about the semester exam. According to the university, you need 24 marks out of 70 marks, i.e., passing at 35%.
Other: According to us, college is right if you want to do B.Tech at a low cost because you get good facilities for less money, and student credit cards are also available here. Students who are not able to study can also study here. Scholarships are also available, and an annual event is also held every year.

Dissatisfied due to administration.
Placements: In this college, the percentage of students getting placements is above 50%. In my course, the percentage of students getting internships is 100% because the college provides internships to all students. Mostly, students from the Electrical branch are getting placements from our college.
Infrastructure: The maintenance of our hostel is very low. Only one wifi system has been provided for approximately 300 students. The library is a good place where students can access free wifi and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, but the library hours are limited, and you can't access it after college hours. The food is the worst, and students have no right to voice their concerns because everything is controlled by the administration.
Faculty: Faculties are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable but provide limited support to students. Classes are not regular, which affects students' industrial readiness. Semester exams are manageable as questions are often from previous years, but you must write precise answers and not take the exams lightly.
Other: I chose this course because I was interested in Architectural studies. Improvements needed include regular classes. Events and fests are held every 15-20 days.
