College faculty members are good in nature.
Placements: MRF, BPCL, TCS, Infosys, ULTS, Hinduja Motors, Federal Bank, etc. are the top recruiters. Initially, an online test is followed by group discussion and finally, an interview is followed in most interviews. Nearly 70% students are placed every year. The institution is taking good steps to bring more companies and is also giving pre-placement training and training students to get placed.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are available at a lower cost there, with two people sharing a room. Beds are available there and food is also included. The allotment is based on the distance of our home from the college. The fee amount is 4000. Good toilets are available, along with a 24-hour water facility. A good menu of food is also available.
Faculty: There are 30 staff in my department with an average age of 45. Nearly 10 of them hold Ph.D.s, and the rest did their post-graduation at reputed universities and IITs. Most of the lecturers had industrial experience. They are good at giving clarity about the subjects. In the final year projects, they do a great job by giving us proper guidance for the completion of the projects and also guiding us to gain a good career.
Other: The gender ratio is almost equal. Arts festivals are held every year Sports competitions departmental-wise are held. Student diversity is available from different parts of the country. Political parties are also there in college to fight for the rights of students, and the college takes necessary action to prevent ragging and other discrimination.

    Satisfied with the faculty members.
Placements: Placements are average; many companies visit our college for placements. There is no eligibility criteria for the semester in M.Tech. Companies like TCS, Cognizant, SpiceJet visit our college every year for placements. The highest package offered by them is 17 Lacs and the lowest package is 7 Lacs. The college maintains good placement drives. Roles offered to students are software developer, software analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: The college maintains and provides good facilities. Facilities like Wi-Fi are also available for students. Classrooms are clean enough. Sports facilities are also available in the college. Libraries are there in every department with well-stocked books in them. Canteens are also available with good rates and acceptable quality of food. Computer labs are present with internet connection, and labs are advanced for this era.
Faculty: Faculty members are frank in behavior. They help us with study-related notes and other materials online as well as offline. The course is about Computer Science core topics taught in M.Tech. Core means the advanced form of languages and other topics. Semesters are somehow difficult because we also have to work on the projects given by the college. The pass percentage is 95%. Only a few students get failed.
Other: I chose this course in B.Tech so I wanted to continue with it.

The Engineering College of Thrissur has its own charm.
Placements: Approximately 85% of our batch gets placed every year, with a decent average package of INR 4.5 lacs. The top recruiting companies are IBM, HCL, and Accenture. The internship for the batch starts in August every year. The roles offered were consultant, project manager, and financial analyst.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for our batch were well-maintained hostel rooms, and the college provided us with a full wi-fi-enabled campus. The food quality in the mess is not good, and the canteen does not have variety in its menu. The hostel has first aid kits available to us 24 hours a day.
Faculty: The total number of teachers in our college is 90, and teachers from all walks of life are here, making the student life of the campus industry relevant. The students get ready by the end of the 3rd year, and they get industry exposure because of internships. Also, faculty members are always up for guidance.

    The engineering college life .
Placements: The % of students that get placed in our course or our department is 90%. The highest pay package is 5,00,000 and the lowest is 2,00,000 per annum. No one in our college gets an internship opportunity and we have to look for it ourselves. The toes roles offered were of management trainee.
Infrastructure: The facilities and the infrastructure provided to us are decent, all the basic amenities are provided to us on a timely basis and there are no complain regarding that. The food quality in the mess is not good, sometimes there are worms in our food and also insects.
Faculty: The teachers in our college are mostly local and they are qualified, kind and helpful and at the same time they help us in getting a placement and also industry exposure and the course curriculum is relevant to the industry and we studying here genuinely enjoy our subjects.
