College environment is not study-friendly.

Placements: There is no need to worry about placements. You can get packages above 1 lakh/month. The average package you get is around 70-80k/month. You can get a minimum of 40-50k per month. Every student gets an internship; actually, it's compulsory. After completing the course and internship, there are many government jobs available, and you can also join a private hospital.

It has good placements, a calm environment, amiable seniors, with a new campus emerging soon.

Placements: Most of our immediate passed-out candidates join as medical officers in various government setups. Many of them also join as 'non-academic junior resident/ house officers in our hospital as well. Among the rest, almost everyone gets placed as MO in various districts of Maharashtra, preparing for NEET PG simultaneously, with an average earning of Rs. 50,000 per month - Rs. 60,000 per month.

It is an underrated government medical college with helpful seniors and a calm ambiance.

Placements: The passed out candidates are directly joining as junior residents (non-academics) in the Government Medical College and Hospital, Chandrapur. At the time of the Covid second wave, our passed-out doctors worked in the Covid ward of our hospital. Since it's a medical college, 100% of placements are provided in any district PHC or hospital.

Budding college with bright minds. Minimal ragging and good clinical exposure.

Placements: Being a medical college and hospital, our passout students freely enroll themselves medical officers in our hospital only and work there. Some also opt for being non academic Junior resident and get paid likewise. Post graduate seats are yet to be added.

Government Medical College, Chandrapur. Good faculty ,nice campus and infrastructure

Placements: Students who complete MBBS are placed into government hospitals of their choices across Maharashtra. The package they offer is quite less appox. 8-9 lpa. They're appointed as senior doctors . Usually every student who's able to pass MBBS is given internship of 1 year at low salary.

Our college is good, but the city is very expensive.

Placements: Around 100 students were placed in the 2015-2018 batch, and almost 150 students were placed in the 2019-2021 batch.
