Placements: About 50% of students get placements in the biomedical engineering department. The salary offered is about Rs. 10000 per month to Rs. 15000 per month. Reliance, Tata, Philips, etc., come hire students. Most students get jobs in many companies. Reliance hires most students from the college. Companies require biomedical engineers. They play important roles in hospitals and in society. They repair machines and give service to doctors to make their work easy by machines.

Placements: I am from 21st batch of computer engineering, I don't know about the placements yet because I am still in 3rd semester, but I heard from my seniors that the placements are good for toppers and some talented students, otherwise it's not for you. You'll have to try harder for placement.

Top companies like TCS and Infosys recruit students from our course. Students who score above 9.0 CGPA get internships in the best companies in Ahmedabad. Software developer and web development are the roles offered.

Placements: About 60% of students from the IT course got placement in our college. The average salary package offered is 4.20 LPA. In this course, the majority of the students got placed in multinational companies and domestic companies. Students get roles like software developer, web developer, web designer, etc.

Placements: Government Polytechnic Gandhinagar is a polytechnic college offering undergraduate Diploma courses in the respective field. The placements are not good, as limited companies approach here, and the recruitment rate is low. Hence, most of the students choose higher studies over placements. Placements: The placement rate is very low because our college ranks lower than other colleges. The highest package offered in the electrical branch was 3 LPA. Lots of companies recruit students from here, and some of them are Adani, Aditya Birla, Torrent (contract based) etc. 60 to 70% of students got internships in companies like Solar Power Plant near Gandhinagar and many others.

Placements: From our course, approximately 60%-70% of the students get placed every year. This rate may increase or decrease a bit. The highest salary package offered was 5 LPA, and the average salary package offered was approximately 2 LPA. Placements: It has a very good placement cell because on and over reputed companies visited here for placements like Reliance, Tata, L&T, and Essar, etc. For the last year pass out, the placement rate was around 37%, and this year, the placement rate is around 40%, and it will increase year by year.

Placements: This college is a government based college, at that time back in 2011-2013, there is hardly any placement specifically not in EC. But in Mechanical there were few companies which are interested. Also, I recently heard, for the last two years, many companies are coming for placement jobs in this college especially for IT and CE branches.
