Just a normal government college, with lots of union members and not so good educational standards.

Infrastructure: Our infrastructure is not so good. Many classes have broken benches and unclear black boards. Often many light or fans malfunction, and it takes months for the authority for repair it. Our college does not have a hostel facility, however we do have a small canteen inside our campus. The food is decent in the canteen.

It depends. For Science and humanities stream, you can chose this college.

Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi, but the library is decent. However, the bathrooms are dirty, and there is too much politics going on on campus. The hostel is pretty decent, but the food in the canteen is overpriced and unhygienic. Annual sports events are held, and they are amazing.

Good college for general degree courses at low fees, faculty, and infrastructure are really good.

Infrastructure: The college doesn't have hostel facilities but the infrastructure of the college is very well maintained. The labs are good and large. Wi-Fi and projectors are available in classrooms and classes need these things. The library is well-maintained and has a website for maintenance, searching and all the other stuff.

It is a good college for students from middle-class families.

Infrastructure: There was no hostel service or Wi-Fi available. The infrastructure for the journalism and mass communication department was full of culture and elegance. The department had the appearance of an art gallery or museum. There was a journalism studio with all the modern technologies like projectors, PCs, high-quality cameras, etc. The campus was very environment-friendly and safe. The campus was well-maintained and clean.

My college review. Satisfactory college life and good teachers.

Infrastructure: As a Science department, specifically Physics department, student, we had a very well-equipped and efficiently working lab. We had lab assistants to always take care of any minor needs we faced. The classrooms were small but had a computer and a projector. We had a very large library and one library specifically for master’s students. Sports and medical facilities were okay, but washrooms and canteen facilities were not up to the mark.

Absolutely a good experience because of faculty, good infrastructure and facilities.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, library all the necessary facilities are available and classrooms are good. The best thing about Gurudas College is its library. They have a great collection. Be it study books or story books - you are going to get them all! You can also get online access to the library for E-books. The college library was very large, and there were many books on various subjects, The classrooms were large enough to accommodate up to 80 students at a time, and the classrooms were always clean and t...

As a student of Gurudas College, I am much satisfied. It is a student-friendly campus.

Infrastructure: The facilities are good. There is Wi-Fi, labs, and a library, everything is available. And especially the green environment of the college is so good. There is our playground called garudas park. Annual sports are arranged in our college and they encourage us. The fest, freshers, and welcome parties are organized.

Our college falls under the CU category.

Infrastructure: There are basics of some sports and entertainments mainly to study. There are football fields, tennis courts, and a massive library. The library is awesome and contains many books.

This college is best for studies but the worst for placements.

Infrastructure: The classes are clean and all the necessary facilities are given and especially the teachers are really helpful. Smart classes are also there, though very few times it is needed, washrooms and corridors are clean. All teachers and students live with harmony and special care is also given to a student who is excellent in their field. The library is the best students can get, it has a dedicated separate building for the library, by which students can understand the level of the library in this col...

Our college is very famous in Kolkata. It is a very good college.

Infrastructure: Our history department was very good. The room in the history department was always very nice and clean. There was a projector in that room, through which we could see many historical pictures and videos. Our college library was huge, and there were a lot of books. We brought our necessary books from there and read them. In the room of the history department, about 50 students could sit together and attend classes.

Absolutely satisfied by faculty but dissatisfied by the placement options.

Infrastructure: College library is very well maintained and the librarian guy is totally amazing. Library has decent amount of UG books as well as PG books. There are separate libraries for department also. You do not have to buy any books from outside, all the books from indian as well as foreign authors available at the college library.

There are good faculty members and good infrastructure.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are awesome here, and our professors tried their best to provide such classrooms for us. In the previous years, there were no proper classrooms for students, but now we have. I am thankful to the professors. Our college library is very good to utilise. Canteens are the worst part, but I suggest you don't worry as you can find good dhabas.

Review of Gurudas College.

Infrastructure: In our college, there are various facilities like labs, classrooms, and also a huge book library. But free Wi-Fi is not available in our college. There is a hostel in which students from another-states can live. We also have a canteen in our college where students can have their tiffins. Our college also gives scholarships to poor students.
