Master of Social Work (MSW) - Batch of 2021

Unforgettable life experience.
Placements: Most of the graduates from our college are currently employed in top companies in Chennai. They have maintained a strong connection with the college management even after graduation. Our management organizes an alumni meet once a year to enhance networking opportunities.
Infrastructure: Students are provided with individual usernames and passwords to access free internet services. For their security, surveillance cameras are installed throughout the college campus. In the hostel, there is a large laundry area for eating and relaxing.
Faculty: The Master of Social Work is a full-time, two-year program. The curriculum may change according to regulations, but it typically consists of four semesters, along with regular tests and exams. While grades and marks are important, this course also provides valuable practical experience that prepares us for real-life situations.

M.Sc. in Computer Science - Batch of 2022

5Placements5Infrastructure5Faculty5Crowd & Campus Life5Value for Money
Overall best College for M.Sc. in Computer Science Course.
Placements: Of the pupils in our study, almost 82% were not included. Our investigation found that the highest income provided was 45 LPA. The top performers included Amazon, Cognizant, and HCL Technologies. Over 77% of the students who took our course were able to secure internships as a result of the final round. Organizations that provide internships include Microsoft and Wipro. Here, the most sought-after positions were software developer and cybersecurity manager.
Infrastructure: While the labs and library have excellent equipment, the classrooms' infrastructure is somewhat poor. All of the rooms and labs have air conditioning, but some classes are without it. I have heard that the hostel is opulent, but I don't stay there. The medical facilities, sports and games, and canteen are all excellent.
Faculty: Despite their high level of qualifications, the teachers were not very cooperative. They didn't teach in an effective manner. The curriculum was pertinent, of course, because practical knowledge was prioritized. For students who are interested in becoming teachers, this course is generally good. The pass percentage for semester examinations is 60%, and they are rather difficult.

M.Sc. in Biotechnology - Batch of 2024

It's not that bad to go to college.
Placements: The highest package that was offered was 3 lacs per annum, and the average package was around 1–1.5 lacs per annum. A few roles like lab assistant, food processing, research scientist, etc., are part of this. The top recruiters that are part of this are consulting firms, public health companies, etc.
Infrastructure: The college has satisfactory classrooms and a good environment for teaching. The labs are nice and have good numbers of pieces of equipment in molecular biology and microbiology subjects. The hostels are good, mostly cleaned regularly, and hygiene is maintained.
Faculty: The practical sessions are most enjoyed by the students, and the way the faculty members deliver them is great; they help us understand each and everything in a simple way. The curriculum is designed as per the latest standards, along with making us industry-ready.

Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) - Batch of 2026

Higher-rated college in Coimbatore.
Placements: The recruiters would offer an average salary pay of 4.3 Lacs, the highest salary pay of 12.4 Lacs, and also a lower pay of 2.9 Lacs per annum. Top recruiters like Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, and Reliance would offer internships in the pre-final years.
Infrastructure: All the essential provisions needed for digital classrooms, like projectors and laptops/computers, were perfectly fixed in the classrooms. The food available in the canteens was satisfied by means of both quality and quantity. Extraordinary security systems were in place in the campus as well as in hostel areas.
Faculty: As we have given unpredictable results in the 2024 April/May exams. The overall academic results of BCA students were 91%. The faculty members were highly helpful, experienced, and knowledgeable. Mostly, we preferred to attend the classroom sessions rather than practical visits.

Honest review of my college.
Placements: Basically, the employment rate of our college was relatively higher than other colleges around Chennai. Top recruiters include IBM, Walmart, Microsoft and so on. Also, courses like SQL and MATLAB simulation were actively arranged by the placement cell.
Infrastructure: They developed online feedback systems after the completion of 3 weeks. There is a specific timetable for portion completion prepared by management, which was followed by the whole college. The large seminar cell in which 500+ students can attend a meeting in a single time.
Faculty: The whole test results were properly entered into the systems and total percentages were calculated at each and every test. Such results were informed to the parents via mail. Also, results were shared with the head of department and principal to take necessary measures to improve the academics.

Placements rate is good, faculty members are qualified.
Placements: The specific roles that are generally offered depend upon the specialization such as social worker, counselor, and policy analyst. Jobs in fields like child welfare, mental health, etc. are offered. The placements rate generally range between sixty to seventy percent.
Infrastructure: The hostel facilities are accommodated with a living space and a laundry service which you need to pay extra for in order to use. There is medical help and a few sports available for the students. The mess food is available in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals. The classrooms and tge department has a good infrastructure.
Faculty: The exams are a bit easy with the passing rate being more than ninety percent and the attendance and internal marks are the components part of the final score. The faculty members are good, they try to be there to help you throughout. The curriculum is very nice covering all the topics necessary.
