The college is kind of ok.

Placements: The placement in the college is fine, many companies like HCL, TCS, etc. come to the college for placements. The students can easily get placed if they study well. In the senior batch, they even got the package of 12 lakhs per annum. Overall, the placement in the college is good. The lowest placement package offered to the students is around 3 LPA.

The location is a bit far off, but the faculty makes the college good.

Placements: The placements are within our capabilities. The companies do come as it's on us to perform. Overall, the placements are average. The companies conduct the aptitude test, and it's on the students to deliver at that particular point in time.

The college is good for the practical knowledge as it provides many value-added programs.

Placements: The placements are good as this college is from Indraprastha University. The eligible students can avail the good packages. Many good companies from IT sector visits our campus like Infosys, TCS, etc. The college provides the internship after the 2nd year both summer and winter training. There is a placement cell, and it is useful and efficient for the students.

An average college. Better than the private ones.

Placements: The placements are average. They provide some internal college placements like Genpact which visits the campus. Some internal university placements are also there, and for rest of the students, they provide off-campus placements in HCL, TCS, etc. So, there are chances to apply for many companies.

HMR Institute of Technology and Management, is it good or bad.

Placements: There are no placements for the mechanical here as we have to get placement from the outside. Only computer science, ECE and IT department get better placements than others. One has to work hard for the placements of the mechanical engineering department. Also, the students get internships here from many companies.

Dissatisfied with faculty members, placement, and campus.

Placements: Here, the placements are moderate. High profile companies can't be accepted here especially for MAE. There are few companies which visit mostly startups or few companies whose names are not heard before, and package which they provide is not even acceptable, so there is NEET to improve placements here especially for MAE.

Doesn't have a very good campus life. The best thing is that it is affiliated to GGSIPU, otherwise.

Placements: The placements for the 2017 batch was not very good. This year, i.e., 2018, the placements are still going on. The companies like the Infosys, Libsys, FirstNaukri and few startups had come to the campus for the recruitment, but very few got selected as the companies require some set of skills and problem-solving skills to get them placed. As from the college point of view, they have a placement cell, and they are trying to improve the placements and also organises pool campus placements, giving ...

I am satisfied with the college because it takes all the good faculty.

Placements: There is a good placement in our college. Some of the mass recruiters like Infosys, Accenture and many others visit our college. Many other companies visit such as Libsys, Diaphinis Labs, Nucleus and various pool drives are also held in our college. As we see in the previous records in our placement in college, our on an average 60% of the students are being placed in various companies around the globe.

Really good teaching faculty. Provide extra value-added programs for the students.

Placements: This college provides average placements for the ECE department, but for the CS branch and the IT branch, the placements are very good. In my branch, this year, my senior ddidn't get good placements, but the seniors of my seniors got good placements and good packages as well. There is a placement cell, and it has some students from every branch.

An enjoyable and adventurous experience being here.

Placements: I got placed in Infosys in on-campus placements drive. The placement cell tried a lot to get as much as pool placement drives and got most students placed. The placement cell has good terms with other colleges that's why they get a lot of pool placement drive opportunities. PIET is one of them.

The college is costly with the average experience.

Placements: The placements on the campus are average, just like any other private engineering college. The average salary package is around 3-4 LPA though this year a well-reputed core company visited the campus with a package of 27 LPA. You will see more service-oriented companies or the startups coming for the placements than the bigger companies. Infosys is one of the big companies that visit the campus. On an average, the placement procedure starts around September and goes on till March. The placement ...

HMR Institute of Technology and Management, not the worst college but far better than others.

Placements: The placements depend on you. It's true that not so many companies come here, but mass recruiter companies like Infosys, TCL, Wipro and many others come here and give good packages. All that you have to do is score good marks and clear the company's exam and interview. The college can do nothing in this. If you do this, you'll surely get placed.

HMRITM- with no opportunities for the students.

Placements: The placements here are not good compared to the other colleges of IPU. Infosys and TCS hired most of the students. The average package is of 3-4 LPA. Only 30 students got selected by the Infosys. Only 70 students were able to pass the aptitude test. The companies usually come and hire the creamy layer but they offer very low packages to the students.

Not at all satisfied with the college because of no placements

Placements: I don't think they have any placements in the electrical and electronics engineering branch because I never heard it from seniors but there is placement in computer science engineering and electronics and communication engineering and mostly, students got placement from off-campus.

It's depend on your knowledge and luck.

Placements: Yeah they provide placement in Infosys, CSC, IBM And many more, the campus is maximum arranged on another university like in Panipat there is average placement cos very less student get placed and for the internship, they asked for money and they call hcl to provide the internship. I'll suggest they should go to another college.

Average faculty, below average infrastructure and facilities, placement only CS & IT.

Placements: HMRITM is not known for its placements, to be honest. Prior to 2016, Infosys was one of the major hirers for the students which the college had tied to, which significantly went down in 2016. Although there were a few companies that visited the college (most of them CS and IT based).

College with decent infrastructure, no placements, but it is improving with every passing year.

Placements: No core company came for placements. Though Infosys was there, only 30 IT students were placed. The placement is very bad. HMR does not provide internships to final-year students. Although, since last year, pre-final year students are encouraged to take part in a special training-cum internship programme in which selected students are sent to Bulgaria and Italy.

HMR-ITM: All you need to know about the real side of it.

Placements: - For my batch, a very low percentage of students got placed. - The highest package was 3.5 lakhs and the lowest was 2 lakhs. - Genpact, Infosys, Amazon and some other small companies visited the campus. - Mostly technical and calling profiles were offered. - Everyone got a good internship from the college. - The highest stipend was 22,000 in hand which I got at Think and Learn and the lowest was zero.

Satisfied with the quality of education and faculty. Average placements.

Placements: Placement is average in the college. Most of the students got placed in companies. About 70 percent students managed to get placements. But most of the placements are off-campus placements. The college has its own placement cell and they inform students of on campus and off campus placements. Low profile companies visited the college and big companies offer the jobs of tech support with an average package of 2.8 LPA. The college students are allowed in most of the pool placements in Chandiga...

GGSIPU college in remote location, Delhi.

Placements: The placements in the college are getting better now. Around 60 percent of the students were placed in my session. The highest package offered was 5 LPA, and the lowest package offered was 3.5 LPA. Good technical companies like Infosys, HCl, and Accenture visit our college. Students don't get the internship from the college. The job roles of data analyst, technical executive are offered for the engineering students.
