Placements: Well in my batch the percentage of students who were placed was around 30-40% of all the streams of B.Tech however in CS/IT the ratio would be near to 1/3rd of the total strength of the students. The average package is 3.5 LPA offered by most of the companies like INFOSYS, TCS & WIPRO. There are no as such companies that come in the college for technical Profile. Mostly you'll get Non Tech or Support Profiles ( the pay is high sometimes ). The students have to struggle through the Off Campus Job...

TCS, Wipro and Infosys are the top recruiter. Junior developer is the role offered. The internships scenario is a little bit less because most of the students go for other companies' internship which don't come in our college, So approximately 40-50% student get internships.
Placements: There were a lot of small companies for recruitment process. The mass recruiter was Infosys and it was a pool placement with two other colleges of the same University. Apart from the technical job recruitment, there were a lot of companies that offered the position of sales and required immediate joining or a joining in the last semester of the college.
Placements: Almost 20% of the students got placed in companies via college. Most of the jobs offered were in IT sector with companies like Infosys, TCS, etc. The average salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Designation was system engineer. Taking about internship from the college, it was hard to get it from the college. You will have to manage it on your own, need to use your contacts to get it.
