Good college, more focused on curriculum and studies than fun.

Placements: Placements are good in CS and IT departments but not up to the mark in the mechanical branch but the college provides certain pool drives with other campuses. I got placed in two companies. Both are pool drives in Triveni Turbine. It's good company with an average salary. They are paying a 4.5 LPA and are based in Bangalore. If I consider placement of my mechanical batchmates in core companies, the selection is quite low, but in corporate companies like TCS and Infosys, the placement ratio is q...

Decent than most NCR or outside Delhi colleges.

Placements: From the data provided by the college directors, our college had 70-80% placements in the year 2016. For the seniors, the maximum package is of 8 LPA and was grabbed by just one student. Most students get only 2lpa package in BPO like Infosys & HCL. Placements are very rare in core companies if you are in branches others than CS & IT branch. Some good companies are available with very decent offers but the students can't qualify or match up to their standard. ...

Good placement, average college because of locality, infrastructure is good, well-maintained labs.

Placements: The placements are good. Approximately 80% students were placed from the senior batch. The placement only depends on the student's academics. I would suggest that you prefer those streams in which you have great interest. Infosys, IBM etc. used to visit every year for placement in our college.

Satisfied as I gained a lot from here and got placed in a good reputed company.

Placements: The placements were good. Many good and reputed companies visited the college for placements including Infosys, CSC, Libsys, Nucleus and many more. The number of visiting companies is expected to be more in the coming years. The number of students who got placed was also commendable.

The college is not famous because of its location but it is one of the best developing colleges.

Placements: Placements are good for soft courses like computer science, information technology, electronic and communication. Many famous companies like Infosys, HCL, TCS and WIPRO visit the college. Around 50% students get placed through the college placements. The average package is around 3-4 lakh.

Average placements, faculty. Good infrastructure.

Placements: Placements were average in terms of package, offering between 2.75 lac p.a to 4 lac pa. About 60% students were placed. Companies like HCL, TCS, Infosys and many more with a good brand value come for placements. For internship, Alma Mater, Sales Force come for in-house training, offering no stipend.

Best GGSIPU faculty with experience as well as knowledge.

Placements: The placements were good in my college but it needs to be improved for the upcoming batches. The batches before 2016 had poor placements which was less than 40%. The highest package offered was by Adobe - 5.5 LPA & the lowest was by Genpact – 2 LPA. Bulk placements takes place by two main companies, which are Infosys & Genpact. Other companies which visit the college are CSC, HCL, Aspiring Minds & Vedicsoft. Roles offered to the students are Network Engineer & Associate Trainee. Internship offer...

Increasing its level everyday but placements are degrading.

Placements: The placement from the previous batch has degraded a bit. My batch (2017) students are also not placed yet. Hope the placement rates will get higher from next year! Average package from college is around 3-3.5L for a B.Tech graduate. TnP cell is trying to increase the level. The placement level is generally above 90%.

I studied EC and the faculty was very friendly as well as experienced. The college lacks in sports facilities but when it comes to study, the scheduled curriculum was followed and the attendance percentage was an important criteria to be maintained in any scenario. The college organised technical as well as cultural fests at my time. Many educational visits to various companies were organized followed by official trips. The only drawback of this college is that it is situated on the Delhi-Haryan...

College is great. The only problem with it is the connectivity. The staff members are really helpful and they focus on the overall development of the students. Practical learning is given priority. If you apply for an internship, the college will help you in finding and getting a good company to learn the real practical skills.

The college appreciates the idea and the innovations of students. The faculty is supportive and understanding. Location is a bit of a lacklusture. The college festival is grand and hosts popular personalities. HMRITM has started taking many initiatives for making education interactive for students.

The academics of college are not much different than others in IP University. We had semester system in place in which there was both theory as well as practical subjects. I have heard since 2013 our college has adopted PLB (Projects Based Learning) system which I think is a great initiative. We had the trainers from Organizations for various sessions like "AT & T" lab. All were having 25+ years of experience in this field with lots of patents under their name. So being computer science undergra...

The management is good. The only drawback this college has is its location. If we pick and keep this college in Centre of Delhi, it will be one of the best college of IP University. The college's other drawback is its placement, but this drawback is for almost all the colleges of IP university.

In the teaching department the college doesn't lag behind any other college in GGSIPU. The only problem or drawback with the college is its connectivity. The college environment is healthy and crowd is similar to that of other engineering colleges. If we look into merits then it has an excellent bus fleet and has its service available in each and every part of Delhi, the training and placement cell works very hard and each and every eligible student gets placed. College also practices activitie...

The college is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and its best course is B.Tech (CSE). The crowd if fun loving & quite enthusiastic towards innovation. Some people may find the campus quite distant. Faculty members are average, it depends on student how much he can extract from the faculty members. Campus Facilities are also average.

Now HMRITM is increasing its reputation day by day because it has started focusing on project based learning which makes us different from other colleges and its placement record is also increasing day by day. Teachers are very supportive and every year there is technical festival, cultural festival and sports meet organized by the college. So according to me it’s the best college.

HMR Institute of Technology and Management is a college that is located near a national highway making it a little difficult to commute but that perk brings out a good thing about it. Attending college was necessary and once reached the college we had to attend the classes. The faculty was amazing which made us attend the college even more. The college also provided transport facility. The infrastructure is nice. The faculty is encouraging and cooperative.
