Library presently contains more than 500 books, journals, magazines related to Architecture and will grow in the future. Access to e-library for students and faculty is also provided. Documentaries in architecture, research papers, and e-books in design, planning, landscape, and heritage – conservation etc. are also available in the library. Students and faculty can browse parent library through web – EBSCO (Online Research Database) & OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog) within Indira college campus.

There is a separate boy and girls hostel with common canteen and gymnasium. Each hostel is supervised by a warden. Students staying at the hostels are provided with Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian food with good assured quality. The hostel accommodation is on sharing basis. Three students are accommodated in each room. The room is spacious and each student is provided with a cot, cupboard, study table and chair. The entire hostel is covered with wi-fi facility, generator backup, washing machines and 24*7 medical support.

The students in the campus are encouraged to use the well-equipped playground and all indoor gaming facilities. The institution has provided recreation facilities like TV, indoor games such as carrom, chess and table tennis.
