Really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: The strength of our senior batch is 350, and around 70% of the students were placed. The highest package offered to our seniors was 10 LPA, and the lowest package was 5.5 LPA. Companies like ICICI, HDFC, Byju's and some others visited our campus. Almost everyone has got an internship from different companies.

One of the best colleges that should be on your list if you are going to IIMs.

Placements: Placements in our college are good enough compared to the fee structure. But, it has great potential. Doing an internship is mandatory in IBS, so everyone gets an internship. It completely depends on your talent and performance in the interview.

Good experience with some of the best faculty members in the management field.

Placements: The seniors I was acquainted with were satisfied with their placements. Various companies visit our campus for placements. Our college has the aim to train the students according to the requirements of the companies. So it makes us fit for the jobs that the companies offer.

It is one of the best colleges in Bangalore.

Placements: The placements conducted in IBS are really good with 100% placement record. Most of the reputed companies visit the college, hire the students and offer good packages. Internship opportunities are also good. Almost everyone got placed in good companies. The placement department works hard and helps students in every possible manner.

Really good chance for exposure.

Placements: The placement target of the College is always 100%. They get a good number of exposure through College and it personally trains their students for them. Companies like Wipro, TCS, Sonata Software, HCL, Tata groups, Amul, HUL, HDFC used to come to college. Average salary is almost 6.5 CTC. Generally managerial role demand is from the company.

Really good infrastructure with good and supportive faculty. Good placements in 2017 and 2018.

Placements: The placements were good, but the packages were not very high. The average package offered is 4-5 lacs p.a. The teachers are good and supportive along with the very good placement team. The senior batch comprised of only around 120 students whereas my batch had over 300 students. Overall, everyone got placed in the senior batch, and in my batch, there were only around 30-40 students were yet to be placed. 100% of the students had achieved internships from college. However, many students had done...

I am satisfied with the college but still, there is a lot to improve compared to the fee we pay.

Placements: The placements are good compared to other business schools. The highest package offered for our seniors is 13 lakhs p.a and the lowest package is 3 lakhs p.a. Companies like KPMG, Amazon, Moody's, EY and banks like ICICI, HDFC, AXIS come to our college with profiles like relationship manager, wealth manager, credit manager, tax analyst, business analyst, risk analyst and equity research analyst.

My experience so far at IBS-B

Placements: Placements this year are a step better than for our seniors. The placement team is doing a great job, but still can do better in bringing more companies. Sometimes, uncertainty prevails for some companies which must reduce. Internships are a great experience. Placement quality- there is a scope for improvement.

I am happy with IBS, Bangalore. A really great college.

Placements: The placements are pretty good. The packages were around 6 to 7 lakhs per annum. Most of the companies come for recruiting the students from sales and marketing, and a very few come from finance, IT & HRM. The placement cell provides good support for the students to improve the management and soft skills. IBS-B is the students best choice because there is a 100% placement.

Very amazing, with very good faculty coming to the college.

Placements: Good companies come for placements, and marketing placements are actually very amazing. The college should work more on HR and finance placements, especially HR. Very few companies visit for recruiting HR profiles. The placements are really good for marketing, with a decent package. The companies like HDFC, ICICI, Federal Bank and many more, recruit for marketing, with an amazing package. The placements are still going on, not all students are placed yet, but we still do have 3 months, and compa...

Good college to study in.

Placements: 90% of students are placed. It depends upon the companies which come on campus for offering job and which placement coordinator is getting companies. It differs for specialisations also. The average package was 6.40 lacs pa and the lowest was 3 lacs pa.

Case-based analysis is good, the placement is good, and 3-months industry exposure is very helpful.

Placements: The placements in IBS Bangalore are very good. In our senior batch, the total strength was 265, out of which 28 opted out from the placement due to higher education or wanted to do some business or family business. Some 5-6 people were there whose CGPA was below 5.5 so the college did not allow them to sit for the placement in the starting 2-3 months. Till March 2014, more than 90% students were placed who were eligible for placement until May and June, when there was hardly any person left wh...

I joined the IBS (ICFAI) -Bangalore in 2016 as a fresher with the hope to get the best management knowledge and of course to get a decent package. The faculty members are excellent in terms of sharing knowledge and are very friendly in nature. I have completed my 1st year and learned many practical aspects of the corporate world, because the industry exposure is really good here. The teaching methodology is quite modern and is completely based on case studies and practical approach.

The college is good and worth, the placements are also good. Mostly the faculty members were good and method of learning i.e. case study based learning was excellent. Apart from education, there are various activities like Inter fest and Intra fest which will help you develop your sills. The only method I did not like in the college is grading, but I don't think that will affect your placements. The college infrastructure is good with broad classrooms.

One of the best MBA College in India regarding study and college life. The students in IBS-B never felt that they are doing some course. The faculty over there are very good and very friendly. We have students from all the states in India. So, I experienced all the cultures in these 2 years.

IBS Bangalore is an average B- School at best. The placement during my stint was not up to the mark. A lot of my batch mates although got placed in reputed companies they did not get a profile which they were looking for or were inclined towards. Overall the campus is decent, not a very good cafeteria, the faculty is pretty good. The crowd is a big let down here.

- Nice faculty. - Very good crowd. - Placement was below average, however, college alone cannot be blamed, 2008-10 was not the best of time for any industry and thus for placements. - I loved my college specially the 2007-2009 batch, be it the faculty, campus location but more so for the wonderful crowd.

It is a good college and the only drawback from the college would be its higher intake of students.

Placements: In 2019, around 90 percent of the total students got places with an average package of INR 5.5 Lacs. The highest package offered in our college was INR 14 Lacs. Top recruiters in our college are Delloite, TCS, Khimji Ramdas, ICICI bank etc. All the students got an internship this year from our batch.

Placements: Placements for our seniors were good, and this year, almost 97% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered was 12.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was around 4 LPA. The average salary package offered was around 6 LPA. Companies which visited our college to offer placements for us were HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Byju's, KPMG, etc. Basically, HDFC Bank offers the role of relationship manager.
