I am dissatisfied with the facilities provided by the college.

Placements: In our batch, there are fifteen students. I am studying in the third year. Most of the students decide to do preparation for civil services exam. Most of the students just complete their course and do a private job. Not too huge companies visit our campus for placements. The lowest and average salary package was offered in our course.

Faculty members are biased to only some students.

Placements: Placements are not that bad here. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Wipro. The average salary package offered is 3-4 LPA. Many students got internships from our course, and some of them have gone to reputed companies like Google.

This was a great college till 2015 but now its just running on the loans.

Placements: 1. About 95% of students placed. There are so many companies all are startups or 1-2 years old, only NIT is top company there. Software Developers is the top role. The highest package was 4.5L per annum, the lowest 3.2L per annum, Average was about 3.6LPA. No internships were given all we got was on our strength.

Somewhat dissatisfied because of outdated syllabus and other activities.

Placements: 1. Students above 65-70% were placed in B.Tech. CSE course. 2. The highest salary offered:41000, the lowest salary:16000 and average salary was 25000 3. NIIT, Capgemini, Hexaview and Appventure were the top recruiting companies this year. 4. Top roles offered in B.Tech. CS was software developer. 5. The highest package was of 5 Lacks, the lowest package: 2 Lacks and average package was of 3 Lacks in B.Tech. CSE 6. I did not find any percentage criteria about percentage in students getting pla...

This college is a waste of money and four years.

Placements: Placements provided for the students of our batch were the worst. Only TCS visited that year and recruited only 23 students from all the branches of B.Tech and MCA, except civil. There were visits by two more companies, but I don't remember their names because they were start-ups and didn't offer any salary for six months. When I searched about those companies, I got only negative feedback. The situation was worse for placements because I do remember that faculty members used to force students i...

The review of IEC Group of Institutions.

Placements: I'm satisfied with the placements of our college, and placements depend on students. Companies like TCS, and BJ Services, etc., visited our college to offer placements. Placements mainly depend on students and their hard work. The highest salary package offered was around 20 LPA. The college tries their best to bring companies. As it is a semi-government college, only a few companies visit the college to hire students.

Dissatisfied with the placements as it is one of the most important points for a student.

Placements: Initially, the placements for CSE students were good, but now, the placements are decreased subsequently. For other streams like mechanical and electrical, it is almost negligible. Even for computer science, there is not any efficient placement drive.

Average college but some faculty are good, average placement.

Placements: Only BPO COMPANIES VISTES. SOMETIME TCS ALSO VISITED. Tcs was arrived at my time and hire many students. Tcs offer approximately 3.6LPA. Most of the students placed in BPO COMPANIES. But when juniors are passout then no company visited in our college except BPO.

Never Join This College, If You Care about Your Future and Hard Earned Money of Your Parents.

Placements: Placements are average. Each year approximately 5-6 companies visit the campus. Among them only few are leading companies like TCS, Infosys and rest all are Call centers companies. The highest package offered is 4.2 lac per annum and if talk about the average package, its 1.8 lac per annum.

Good, but not the best in every field. Placement of 2017 was very poor.

Placements: The placements of this college are average as most of our seniors are jobless. Some IT companies recruited only CSE and IT branch students. About 40% students got placed in companies. The college sent us to AKTU mega job fair, and some students got placed at the job fair. Most of the students search for jobs apart from the college campuses recruitment drive.

Dissatisfied because of internal marks and placement opportunities.

Placements: The condition of placements in this college is very bad. Only 10 out of 120 students got placed in core companies. The placement in our college is below average. The campus neither provides any chance for the industrial visit nor any industrial training programme of its own.

Average college I would say.

Placements: The placements were average. The top company that visited offering a good profile was TCS i.e. tata consultancy services. All other companies were either small startups or the ones that were offering low packages. Some big known names offered BPO services like jabong.com, Wipro etc. Also, there where some third party companies which were recruiting for companies like HCL and Accenture for the role of service desk analyst in various projects.

It was a good college 5 years ago. Now, its quality is degrading day by day.

Placements: The placements in the college are not at all good. Also, the college does not hold bonds with many companies. The major companies that have bond with these UPTU colleges like Infosys and TCS or Tech Mahindra do not come to this college. Also, we had job fest last month in our college, but all the BPO companies came to our college for CSE stream, not technical companies. Overall, the college is degrading day by day.

Satisfied with college but education standard is not up to the mark.

Placements: This time our college conducted a job fair in which more than 300 students get selected, and conditions are prevailing good in our college rather from past 2 years. I think that administration should not think most of the future admissions instead they should create good conditions for current students.

Really good infrastructure and a peaceful place to be in. Placements are not up to the mark.

Placements: The placements are only worth for the students who are interested in the information technology sector. The students in the core of electrical, mechanical and civil engineering are also made to sit in the IT companies recruitment which makes the students either compromise with their interest or to accept what they are being offered. The companies here for recruitment also don't provide optimum packages, in short, less than the mediocre.

Joining this college is a loss of money and time. I suggest not to join the college.

Placements: In the name of placements, the college provides jobs only in call centres. The college doesn't pay attention towards students. The staff do not resolve the problems of students. They only give admission and collect the fees. They neither bother about the students' results nor provide mark sheet and provisional certificates to the students.

IEC is good for studying and exploring.

Placements: IEC lacks in the placement criteria. As per my personal opinion, IEC set up the campus drive for branches like computer science, IT, EC, IEC main motto is to show the major placement in such branches whereas for the core branches like CE, and ME, they hardly bring one or two companies like contractor company. As per the previous records, IEC was good in training and placement, it used to bring the best of the companies for all the branches, but year by year, its placement cell is going down espe...

I'm really dissatisfied with the placement of my college in 2017.

Placements: The placement of my batch 2017 was bad. Its major cause was the crunch in IT sector. Only startups came at my time whose packages were lower than pocket money of many people. Moreover, they took money from the students. But the college put as much effort as possible in calling companies to the college.

Absolutely dissatisfied in terms of placement in 2016.

Placements: Placements during 2016 were not up to the mark. Only 20% students were placed. The highest salary was offered by TCS was INR 3,50,000 and the lowest was INR 1,12,000. There was only one MNC (TCS ) and the rest were the small start-ups that visited the campus. Roles offered to students was GET(graduate engineer trainee) and tech support, network engineer, BDMs, etc. None of the students got the internship from the college.
