It's a decent college in Thrissur with good infrastructure and placement assistance.
Placements: The average number of students passing out from the college with placements is high. The average salary package ranges between 4 to 7 lakhs per annum. Students begin doing internships in several companies from their second year. The top roles offered from my course are software development.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available in my college are pretty good. Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and the library are well-maintained. The hostel buildings are spacious, and food from the mess and canteen, as well as sports facilities, are also available. The college provides immediate help if any medical emergency occurs. There are over 25 college buses available for transportation.
Faculty: The teachers are available to help with any academic issues. However, my course curriculum is not relevant for becoming an industry-ready person. The exam passing percentage is high. The teachers help give individual attention and try their best to improve our potential.
Other: I chose this course to secure a job in a top MNC. Proper guidance and practical knowledge can improve the course. Several events are conducted in my college, and extracurricular activities are provided.

Really good infrastructure.
Placements: There were over 85 percentage of students placed in different companies over various fields related to mechanical engineering. The highest package of over 35 LPA and minimum of 20 LPA packages are offered in my course.
Infrastructure: My college has a good infrastructure and good facilities. There are many computer labs, other mechanical workshops, library etc. My college provides free Wi-Fi. Our college canteen provides high quality food at minimum rates. The college also encourages sports and games rather than academics.
Faculty: The teachers and other faculty members were professionally trained and has good teaching skills. The course curriculum is very relevant for mechanical engineering and other courses since it can be applied in our professional career. The pass percentage is over 75 percentage in the semester exams.

Good college but not at its best.
Placements: Number of placement opportunity coming to my college is very low as compared to nearby engineering colleges. Only 2 students in my class got placed. The topic recruiting companies are like Anora and TCS. Top roles are embedded systems engineer and junior system engineer.
the highest package is 7 LPA and the lowest is 1.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure facility in our college is just okay, it's not at its best but decent. The hostel facility is pretty good, but the mess facility is poor. Lab facility is not at its best, the components are bit older. This campus does not have Wi-Fi. Sports and games are good.
Faculty: Teachers are good, they are helping us to understand the subject but for passing the exams which is helpful for exam but not much good for working in a job. The semester exams are okay. The pass percentage in my class is like fifty percent.
.
Other: B.Tech was my second option, and I took EC because it's a good branch and, in my opinion, this branch provides more job opportunities. For the first two years, there were not many programmes but now it's much better.

Thriving in Tech: Great Faculty, Dynamic Curriculum, and a Lively Campus Experience.
Placements: In my batch of the Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) course, around 70% of students secured placements by graduation. The highest package offered was approximately ₹6 LPA, the lowest was around ₹2.5 LPA, and the average package stood at ₹3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course included Infosys, Wipro, TCS, and Qspiders. About 60% of students managed to secure internships, with notable companies like Qspiders and Inmakes providing valuable experience. The top roles offered included Software Developer, System Engineer, and Quality Assurance Tester. These opportunities significantly contribute to our practical knowledge and career readiness.
Infrastructure: The college provides excellent infrastructure for the Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) course, including well-equipped classrooms with smart boards, projectors, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The department labs are well-maintained, offering practical experience in electronics, communication, and embedded systems. The library is stocked with a wide range of textbooks, journals, and digital resources. Hostel facilities are comfortable, with clean rooms, reliable Wi-Fi, and adequate amenities. The mess and canteen offer a variety of food options, and the campus health center provides basic medical care. Students can enjoy various sports and recreational activities, with facilities for both indoor and outdoor games, supporting a well-rounded student life.
Faculty: The faculty for the Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) course is highly qualified, with many professors holding advanced degrees and relevant industry experience. They are generally helpful and knowledgeable, delivering quality instruction that supports a strong understanding of the subject matter. The course curriculum is well-designed and relevant, focusing on current industry trends and equipping students with skills that enhance their readiness for the job market. Semester exams are moderate in difficulty, designed to test comprehension and application of core concepts. The pass percentage is commendable, with most students successfully meeting the academic requirements and graduation.
Other: I chose the Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) course because of its strong alignment with my interest in technology and its potential for diverse career opportunities. The best aspects of the course include the well-rounded curriculum that integrated both theoretical and practical knowledge and the supportive faculty who enhance the learning experience. However, I wish there were more industry-specific projects and real-world applications included in the curriculum to further bridge the gap between academic learning and industry demands. Campus life is vibrant, with numerous events and fests like TechnoVibes and Cultural providing opportunities for socializing and showcasing talents. The campus is well-connected, with good transport options and a lively atmosphere. Scholarships are available and provide significant financial relief, while extracurricular activities, including sports and various clubs, contribute to a balanced student life. Overall, the campus surroundings are pleasant and conducive to both academic and personal growth.
