Review of IES's Management College and Research Centre.

Placements: The placement scenario is disappointing, and the placement cell needs improvement. The listed fees are 9.10 LPA, but the actual salary is considerably lower compared to other colleges. Keep in mind that the CTC mentioned might include a fixed component as low as 4 or 5 LPA.

It a college which is below average.

Placements: Currently, 60-70% of the students got placed from our batch. The highest salary package offered was 9.8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies in our college are HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Asian Paints, Edelweiss, UGAM, Web Express and TCS. Around 90-95% of students got internships from campus. Top roles offered were as credit analyst, sales executive and management trainee.

IES MCRC is the best college in Mumbai.

Placements: Placements provided at our college are good. Marketing placements are great but it is not the same finance. Major roles are offered in finance.

The college provides good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: I am currently in the first year, so I have no clear idea about placements as of now. But I've heard that the college only allows companies who offer a minimum salary package of 4.5 LPA or above to offer jobs to students in campus placements. So the minimum salary package that a student can possibly get is 4.5 LPA and not below that.

Review of IES Management College and Research Centre.

Placements: Placements are offered by the college where an average salary package is offered by the companies. Job roles offered are good and quite adequate. The opportunities are ample, and students are given equal chances to appear for interviews and selection procedure is transparent. Overall the placements team is very supportive.

Students who want to learn something new can join this college.

Placements: Since I am currently pursuing PGDM course, I can provide information about the internship. Almost 50% of the students got internships, and many companies are yet to visit here. Some of the prominent companies which visited here for internship are L&T, Tata Power, Siemens and Kotak Mahindra Bank.

Satisfied with the faculty. Dissatisfied with placement cell efforts and placements.

Placements: My course is business analytics. I'll talk about the students passing out in 2020 (senior batch). Out of 3 students, one is placed. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA. As it's the first year of this stream, the recruiters here are very few. Zee has recruited one student. All 3 students got internships, but in our batch, no one has received an internship yet.

Our college has helpful teachers, great opportunities for exploring, but has no 100% placements.

Placements: I am pursuing PGDM course in which all students, i.e., around 70-96% of them have been placed. The average salary package offered is around 5.5 LPA. The highest salary package offered is around 14 LPA, and it varies. The good part of our college is there are 100% internship opportunities as all the students from all the batches get an internship from college only. Even some of them also get pre-placement offers.

Faculty members are really good and helpful, but the placement cell is the worst.

Placements: The placement cell is not at all good for this college. Almost 80% of the students are placed with good companies. Almost 20% of the students have either found a job on their own or got PPOs in companies which they were previously working. Internships and contact of the placement cell are very poor.

Go for a reattempt of MBA exams, else forced than only opt IESMCRC.

Placements: Finance final placements have received the highest of 7.5 LPA but for CRM job profile. Credit analyst type job profiles were offered only to a few students, i.e., almost 5% of the batch (MS + PGDM) with the highest salary package of 6.8 LPA. Marketing had a basic salary package of 5-6 LPA, and the incentives were provided for some companies ranging from 1-5 LPA based on performance. Operations received a salary package of around 5-6 LPA. The average salary lies between 5-6 LPA. Double-digit sala...

The college's brand value and recognition matters.

Placements: Placements in college are good for finance management. The average salary package is offered for marketing students. Placements for operations and HR depends on the individual. Many companies visit the college for placements, but they offer low profiles. There are few chances that you start with the profile you desired unless you are a finance student. Finance students get enough opportunities, and based on their calibre, they can choose the company and profile.

IES Management College and Research Centre has good faculty, but average placements.

Placements: 100% of the students are placed, but the packages have huge variations. The highest package offered is 8 LPA, the average package is 5.5 LPA, and the lowest is 3.5 LPA. MNCs didn't visit the campus, but good pharmaceutical companies came to offer placements. Roles related to sales, market research, business development, international business development, etc., were offered to the students. 100% of the students got internships with the highest stipend being Rs. 15,000 per month, the average stip...

The college is average with the decent education and infrastructure, but there is no canteen.

Placements: The only thing we want is the placement, the companies come but not of that high level. The packages are low and starting from 3 LPA, and the highest goes up to 7 LPA. But the average I'd say would be around 4.5-5 LPA. Many seniors went about finding their placements. This year, the ratio of the placed people is low.

Satisfied with respect to faculty and curriculum.

Placements: Placements are average with around 60 percent of students getting placed. The highest CTC offered is around 8 lacs and the lowest is around 3 lacs. Mostly banking, finance, and insurance companies visit the campus as the college is known for finance field. On the college website, you will find a lot of companies in recruiters list but most of them never visit the campus and call you to their office for the interview. Roles offered to students are more of consulting, analyst, management trainee, ...

Placements: Placements For my batch i.e. 2015 batch was pretty good. 85% of students were placed. Majorly IT companies came into campus. and the highest package was 5.5L. IT companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Diebold, Accenture and many more. You have to work hard to fit into the criteria level of every company which is very high. usually, all of these companies have many interview rounds.and by this year there are many more companies been added in the list.i have only named a few. placements cell is kind o...

The college has a poor management. The college offers good placements. However, it is not worth taking admission in this college. It is better to wait for a year than taking admission in this college. The campus is poor as it is more like a school campus. The facilities provided are good. The faculty is average according to me. Not many companies come to the college and no proper learning takes place.

The b-school has praiseworthy pedagogy, one of the very primary factors that drew me towards this very institution. Also right from the style of conducting the examination to the mentor-mentee system gives an extreme personal touch to an MBA aspirant.
