Overall, satisfied with the college because of placements, infrastructure, and faculty.

Placements: Placements are ideally not the right way to judge the quality of the institute. Even though IFMR is a financial institute, it maintains the average salary package around 9 lacs per annum with a growth of nearly 5-10% every year. It provides one of the best finance placements in the industry.

Experience IFMR in these few lines.

Placements: The placements at IFMR are very good. It offers good packages to those who want to pursue MBA in finance. Other specializations are not that good, Marketing is getting better, only a few selects HR as specialisation and not many go solely for operations. Mostly finance companies visit the campus. The average package is around 9 lacs per annum. It has a very active placement cell as well.

My journey at IFMR is still going on.

Placements: Placements in the college are very well as compared to many tier-2 colleges. After investing 15 lacs for two years, the average salary package offered by the companies to placed students was around 9 LPA. Investing 15 lacs is reasonable. Mostly financial firms along with IT and consulting firms visit the college to recruit students. The placement cell of the college is effective.

Placements, faculty, and infrastructure in our college are good.

Placements: IFMR is a tier-2 B-school, and it comes under top 30 B-schools of India regarding placements. ROI is good as you get the average salary package of 9 LPA after investing 15 lacs for two years (inclusive of hostel and mess). Placements: I have never been concerned about placements much, but IFMR provides you with reasonably desirable placements with sound learning. The average package offered was around 9 LPA. If you are in the top 25% of the batch, then you can easily crack the package of 12 LPA. It is considered to be a very good college when it comes to placements for the finance department. All the reputed MNCs visit the college to recruit finance students. It has a very good and active placement cell like many other B-scho...

One can learn and experience in IFMR.

Placements: Till now, there has been a 100% placement record in the college. The seniors got placed in the top companies like Deloitte, Credit Suisse, HSBC, EY, Crisil, and much more. Roles offered are based on different specialisations. For quant finance, roles like the quant analyst, and for finance, roles are mostly like risk are offered to placed students. For marketing, it is sales, and for IT, they offer business analyst roles.

My life at college is satisfactory, but it needs improvement in some factors.

Placements: Almost all the students got placed in the campus placements. Initially, there are a couple of good companies in the field of finance like HSBC, Deloitte, CRISIL, and a few others. But towards the end, it is a kind of push off for the students. In the previous batch, there weren't 100% placements, but the previous batches were provided 100% placements. Students coordinate the placement cell, and they work hard to get all the students placed.

Placements: Placements are considered very important when it comes to a B-school. IFMR is a prestigious and well known B-school, especially for finance. With fees of 15 lacs (Including hostel and mess) the average package hovers around 9 lacs per annum which are considered a good ROI. The highest package is 18 lacs per annum offered by HSBC and the lowest package being around 6 lacs per annum. The summer internships also went well but not very good.
