It is the top 27th institute in the world and the best in Asia.

Placements: From 2008, the college is maintaining 100% placements. All the best hotels and retail brands visit the college to conduct placement drives. Most of the students are selected as management trainees and graduate from a leading hotel brand. This college has a good reputation amongst all the hotels and leading brands. Good infrastructure and facilities are available.

Placements: The college has a placement cell. It is responsible for placements. Quality of placements has declined to some extent from the last 2-3 years. The placements completely depend on the students. An adequate number of companies visit the college to conduct campus drives, and if the student is talented enough, then he/she will surely get a respectable job.

Overall, satisfied by the campus and infrastructure.

Placements: I got placed in McDonald's India corporation on the eve of Diwali, and that was the luckiest day for me. Along with me, 15 more students were selected in McDonald's, and we were celebrating too much. The whole night we were in fire mode. For our batch, the placements are more when compared to the prior batch. From my batch, she was the only one who got selected by OCLD. It was a great achievement for our batch. More than 50 students got selected as a management trainee. As per the college status...

Great institute of hotel management, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Placements: Hi all, I have studied in IHM, Chennai graduated in 2014. IHM, Chennai is one of the best catering colleges in India, where learning becomes wisdom. Don't join unless you're mad about this industry.

Placements: The placement is quite good. I would say one of the best placements you can get from any of IHMs. If you are interested in the hospitality industry, the college will provide you enough opportunities to grow. All the best hotel companies which are there in India come to this college for sure. All in all, about 80% of my batchmates got placed but the initial salary is quite less. There is good opportunity to build your career if you are interested in the hospitality industry. I wrote the above lin...

IHM Chennai is super good.

Placements: The placement is average in my year, around 40-43 companies have visited. I got placement in Ascot group, and in my batch, almost everyone got minimum 1 placement, but few do get 2-3 offers, and there were also some students who did not get any because they were not qualified enough to get it. Talent matters in placement.
