The National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) is conducting NCHMCT JEE Counselling 2023 in online mode for BSc admissions in four rounds. NCHMCT started NCHM JEE 2023 Counselling process on Jun 9.

NCHMCT JEE Round 3 Seat Allotment Results were released on Jul 20 for admission to the BSc HHA course. The last date to pay the seat acceptance fee for NCHMCT JEE Round 3 Seat Allotment was Jul 25.

Good campus and faculty. Very nice location .
Placements: In every batch, there are approximately 120 students. The average package provided by the campus is 35 to 45, as per my programme. Recruiting companies are Taj, Marriott, Oberoi, Hayat and ITC Lemon Tree, etc. Almost every student got placement from the college and in a good salary package .
Infrastructure: All over, good infrastructure and faculty members are in our college, and they are very friendly and supportive in nature. The hostel facilities are good, and the food provided by the mess is also very good and hygienic. All over, everything is nice and good .
Faculty: The teaching quality is very nice. There will be daily practical classes going on, which were done by ourselves once they taught us. After that, they told us to make it by ourselves for practice. So, that's a very good point of learning. It made learning easy .

One of the best colleges for hospitality aspirants.
Placements: I am in my first year now. But I have seen my seniors getting placements in good hotels. Top hotels come to our college for campus placement but this time due to covid it was done through online mode but through that also many students were selected by hotels for various posts.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is fantastic and very organised. The hostel building is also very good. The college has various facilities like the gymnasium, snooker room, mice and many for facilities. The hostel building is also very good and very spacious.
Faculty: The best part of the college is the faculty and their way of teaching the students. It's very understandable. The faculty of every department whether it be housekeeping, food production, from the office, or food and beverage service is very good and hard working.

The placement are average .
Placements: 60-70 percent of students are placed in my batch. The average package offered is between 300000 - 400000 per annum. The top recruiting companies were the Taj group of hotels, Starbucks, Aditya Birla group, Bira 91. Hundred percent of students got internships, mostly were in the Leela group of hotels and the Hyatt group of hotels. The top roles offered is a position of assistant manager.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi in the campus, the classrooms are clean and spacious, the practical labs and kitchen are also very spacious, clean and tidy. The campus also have a library filled with good books that helped us to gain more knowledge. There is no canteen in the college the quality of food in the mess is fine. There is a doctor who comes to the college every Friday for checkups. And there is a football and cricket Ground in the campus and a basketball court as well.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. It is not that difficult to pass the semester exams. The pass percentage is 40 percent. The course curriculum is mostly outdated. It doesn't unnecessarily makes us industry ready as the curriculum is very old and irrelevant in the modern industry.
Other: No college fest, the faculty is fairly strict and it feels like you are in a school.

I'm satisfied with the college.
Placements: Almost 99% of the total students were placed in good hotels and retail outlets during the placement process. The highest salary package was Rs. 33,000 per month and the lowest salary package was Rs. 20,000 per month. The top hotels like Taj and Ritz-Carlton for placement in our college. The top roles offered by hotels were MT and executives.
Infrastructure: Our college has top facilities like a library, the best classrooms, good infrastructure, a playing ground, a basketball court, a volleyball court, etc. are built for the betterment of students. The quality of food provided to students during lunch is absolutely good. The food in the hostel mess is good too.
Faculty: Teachers at our college are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the curriculum and industry, and they assist students in any way they can to help them make a better career out of their college experience. The course curriculum is absolutely relevant and easy to understand, and it makes students industry-ready. The semester exams are easy and quite scoring, as the passing percentage is 40%.
Other: I personally chose this course to become a chef. The best thing about this course is that anyone interested in the hotel industry can do it as it is a very easy course.

I am satisfied with the campus. It has good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: About 50% of the students got placed in the retail sector. The highest salary offered is Rs. 22,000 per month. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per month, and the average salary offered is Rs. 18,000 per month. Top recruiting companies like Reliance Industries and Tommy Hilfiger visit the college to hire students. The top hotel chains like ITC, The Oberoi, Taj Hotels, and many other top brands visit our college for internship trainee recruitment.
Infrastructure: Our college is the latest premises built in all of the IHMs which makes it a recently opened college only. The campus is spread over a massive area with a beautiful view of mountains. The hostel is next to the campus, separated by a huge ground. We have a library which has one of the best and most expensive study materials related to every department and many other topics. Classrooms are fully air-conditioned, and labs are huge enough with all the latest equipment. The food provided in the hostel is prepared on a daily basis, and only fresh items are used. In the hostel, we have table tennis and badminton. On the occasion of educational days, discussions are also held. Medical facilities are available both in college and hostel.
Faculty: Teachers are well-known with both practical and theoretical knowledge. Their teaching quality is good. All the teaching faculty members are supportive and knowledgeable. The level of difficulty in exams depends on how a student prepares.
Other: Extracurricular activities are not organised, which makes it quite boring for the students. Events and fests are not held for the previous 2 years.

It is the best campus, and the placements are satisfactory. Faculty members are good and fair.
Placements: Our college offers good placements, but there is no surety that every student would get recruited. Every student is given a chance to attend the interview of any hotel chain or association which they want. Students who do not get selected at once can opt for some other hotel chains.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our campus is quite good, and our campus gives a good environment to study and enjoy. There is no Wi-Fi on the campus and library. The library is a bit small. The food served in the mess is fine, but the canteen service is less satisfactory.
Faculty: The faculty members are also good here and are helping. But like in every college, in our college also, there are some teachers who do not show much interest in clearing students' doubts. However, the rest of all faculty members are quite good and skilful. Some of them give their 100% effort to teach you everything, which is very good for us.
Other: The fee is a bit high here, and sometimes you will feel like why I am paying that high fee for this particular college. However, the campus crowd and campus surroundings are perfect and are the best of all IHMs. There is no competition for this campus and its location.

To get admission to B.Sc at IHM Dehradun you have to give NHMCT JEE EXAM that is conducted by NTA

And the cut of varies each and every year as in the year 2022 the cutt off was 8318 and in the year 2023 the cut off was around 7956.
