IHM Shillong is situated in Scotland of East.

Placements: Good hotel brands like Leela, Taj and Oberoi visit the campus for placements. Students also get placements. The highest salary offered was Rs. 35,000 per month. The lowest salary offered was Rs. 15,000 per month. They offered MT and other level roles. In internships, the highest stipend offered was Rs. 4,000. The minimum stipend offered was Rs. 1,400. Everyone had a great time during their internships.

I am totally satisfied with the college, and it is going to be better in a few years.

Placements: Companies like Heritage Madurai, KFC, Hyatt, American Express Lounge and PVR Directors Cut visited the college to offer placements. The salary offered to me was Rs. 25,000 per month. We went through the training related to all four departments, and we were also given industrial training for 4 months. I was trained in Park Plaza, Kolkata.

Really good infrastructure and place.

Placements: Almost everyone got selected last year and some of them went for further higher studies. The highest salary for this year was around 27k per month and average salary was about 15-17k per month. Many hotels came for the management trainee job and for job trainee. Many of the big chain like Taj, Oberoi came.

A life-changing place. Must come if you are seeking a professional lifestyle.

Placements: The best placements of all time have been given to us. International companies like Malabar from Dubai came for campus selections, as well as, other companies like Oberoi, Marriott, Barbeque Nation, Four Seasons also visited. We used to get many opportunities, and we are looking forward to having the same.

Really good infrastructure.

Placements: There are not many placements in the college, but it's good. The airline doesn't come to the college. Taj, Oberoi, and many other hotels come for management trainee and job trainee to the campus. Many retail companies also come from Dubai, and for the last year seniors, it was Rs 15,000-20,000 per month is the average salary. Overall, more than 75% of the students got placements from the college, and some went for further studies.

In IHM Shillong, the fee for UG Diploma courses is INR 75,000. Under the Diploma category, it provides a variety of courses. All these regular courses continue for a duration of 18 months. Admissions are provided considering the marks in the 12th Board Examination.
