Great environment for the Programmers.

Placements: 1) In 2018 Batch it was 83% placement record for CSE Branch. 2) the highest salary: 56 LPA, Average (Domestic):10.1 LPA, the lowest: About 3-4 LPA. 3) Kuvera and IBM recruited the students. 4) Software Engineer role were offered. 5) the highest (Domestic): 21 LPA and the highest (International): 56 LPA Average (Domestic): 12.75 LPA the lowest: 4-5 LPA. 6) Few students got internship in IIT Guwahati, few in IIT Roorkee, as Research interns. I am satisfied with the infrastructure, but placements can be improved.

Placements: According to previous statistics, more than 40 % of students got placed in ECE branch with the highest salary package of 7 LPA. Out of 27 registered students, 16 opted for higher studies. The average salary package offered was 5.2 LPA, whereas the highest salary package offered to the student was 56 LPA. The students get great opportunities to get internships. The average salary package offered is 10.1 LPA.

I am very satisfied with our college, and I like this place.

Placements: I am from B.Tech of 2019 batch. The average salary package offered for the CS branch is around 12.7 LPA, and the median salary package offered is around 7.5 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 56 LPA in international companies. This year placements statistics are improving as many reputed firms like Jio, Samsung visited our campus for recruitment. It is an emerging college and will compete with other good IIIT in next 5 years.

Placements: About 7 out of 13 registered students got a job till December 2019. Till now, 1 student got a salary package of 7.3 LPA, 3 of them got a salary package of 6 LPA, another one got a salary package of 4 LPA and rest of the two got a salary package of 3.5 LPA. Placements are good here, and faculty members are fine, but the hostel is poor.

Placements: From the CSE branch, about 83% of the students got placements. The average salary package offered in the CSE branch was 6.5 LPA. From the ECE branch, about 37% of the students were placed, and the average salary package offered to them was 5.19 LPA. So placements are good in IIIT Guwahati for CSE branch. Instahyre, IBM, Wipro, Nayan and Distell are some of the top recruiters for our college.

IIITG is emerging as one best institute if comapred with newly built IIIT's with permanent campus.

Placements: We have a batch of 30 students. Batches from 2018 has 80 students in ECE. In senior batches, most of them has been placed and some have gone for higher studies abroad and IITs. Very satisfying campus life, good placement and faculty.

Placements: The biggest recruiting giants like amazon Samsung have visited the college campus. The placement % was about 98% this year. Most of the students are placed with the lowest 4.12 LPA as I know. The top roles offered in the college are data analytics and coders.

It is a great place to learn for life.

Placements: The first batch was placed in 2017 with an average salary package around 6.5 LPA. As a new institute, placement stats have shown promising results. Some of the top companies visited the campus including research wings of a few. The highest salary package offered in 2018 was 17 LPA. In 2019, as of 18th January, the highest salary package offered was 15 LPA. Even a few seniors were offered salary package of 30 LPA through off-campus drives.

It is a decent college which provides very good and new courses for students.

Placements: The placement scenario is good as the average package (as mentioned on the website) was around 7 LPA, which is quite good. The highest package offered was 17 LPA, and some of the students were also offered with the highest package, but they refused it as they want to complete their PhD. This is about 2014 batch.

An institute of national importance that grows into a premier institute in the upcoming 5 years.

Placements: The placements are good at IIIT Guwahati for CSE students. Some good companies visit the campus, and some students get placed. But, most of the placements come from off-campus. Students here come through JEE and also extra spot round. Placements: As the first batch passed out recently, placements were far better for them on the campus, but they secured better ones at out of the campus. But now, the placement cell is doing a better job as experience is building upon. Almost 75 percent of the students were placed. Top companies visited the campus. Better roles were offered according to the level of the student.
