It is a good college though placements provided are average.

Placements: Placements for our seniors are average, and the placement season for our batch is going on. The average package offered to my seniors was 6.5 LPA. Most of the students were offered sales profiles. Around 90% of the students got summer internships. The average stipend offered was Rs. 7,000. The college has a placement committee that works to provide placements to the students.

This is a place for the overall development.

Placements: Here, the placement scenario is pretty good. Last year, 100% SIP was achieved. Talking about final placements, a percentage of above 90% was the benchmark. Our college offers exposure to students in amazing companies. Companies of all sectors visit the college offer placements.

Satisfied because of faculty and good placements.

Placements: The placements are still going on, and the college is organising those placement drives pretty well. Many companies are visiting the campus to hire the students of all the departments such as marketing, finance and HR. The SIP for our batch is going well. Many new companies are visiting the campus this time, and there is hope for more improvement in the coming years.

Satisfied with everything in the college, but only the placements are low.

Placements: The placement season of our batch is going on, and around 50 out of 460 students have been placed. It has been 15 days since the placement season has started, and this includes PPOs to the students from the companies they interned at. Around 85% of the students were placed until February 2018. Placements for marketing students are decent but not for finance students. Finance companies are also offering sales roles and not core finance roles.

IMT, Nagpur is a good place to learn.

Placements: The placements in the college are good. last year, a lot of well-known companies like HDFC, ICICI, and ABRL have visited the campus for placements. The packages offered were also decent. The highest package offered was around 12 LPA. Internships offered were good, and the highest stipend offered was around Rs. 10,000 per month.

Placements are going at a steady pace with the average package hovering around 6.50 LPA.

Placements: Placements are done mostly in the BFSI sector. Most of the jobs offered are in the sales sector, though some of the respectable companies are increasingly offering jobs in core finance sector as well. The jobs offered in operations and HR are too far and in between the normal ranges. Though the companies visiting the campus are increasing, the average salary package offered is going down a bit.

It is a good college and should be considered for PGDM programme.

Placements: The placement scenario of IMT Nagpur is at a growth stage. The companies that visit here offer approximately 7.5 LPA as the average package. Different companies like Amul, Crisil, ICICI Prudential, Deloitte, etc., come to the college for SIP as well as final placements. They offer placements in different sectors like marketing, finance, operations, and HR.

Good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Until now, five companies have visited the campus for final placements and 50+ students have been placed. The companies which visited this year and also previous year are Crisil, Factset, ICICI Lombard, and many others are lined up for future. The roles offered by the companies are according to the student's profile and their requirement, be it finance or marketing. The placement cell of the college really works hard to bring companies to the campus.

The college has good faculty members and infrastructure.

Placements: Placements in IMT, Nagpur are average. Placements are good for marketing branch and are average for finance stream. Majority of the roles offered in marketing stream are related to sales and relationship manager. For the finance stream, the majority of the roles offered are related to financial sales and underwriting. Very few companies visit the campus to recruit students of operations, B.A. and HR departments. Around 80-85% of the batch gets placed every year. This college is recommended for p...

I had a valuable experience at this college.

Placements: On the whole, placements in the college are good with a majority of students getting placed. Good profiles are offered by many reputed companies with packages of 6-11 LPA. However, placements for finance students can be improved by bringing in better profiles from varied sectors. There are a very few HR majors per batch, but not all of them get placed through campus drives because only a few companies come for HR roles.

Placements: Around 80-85 companies like Deloitte, Hdfc bank, ICICI, Factset, Neilsen and many more alike visited the campus for my senior batch. The average package offered was 7.5 LPA. Most of the companies that visited are of the BFSI sector. The placement season for the batch of this year has started with the finance companies like Factset, HDFC, Crisil, Eclerx etc.

An honest review of Institute of Management Technology, Nagpur.

Placements: Though the college is considered as a tier 3 or 4 college, the average package offered was 6 LPA to 7 LPA which is decent enough. Don't hope to get placed in brands like PWC or E&Y, which don't visit the college. But, brands like Wipro, Verity, Factset, Crisil, ICICI Lombard, etc., are regular recruiters.

Placements: Placements have just begun for our batch, and the placement percentage is quite good so far. The average salary package offered to my senior batch (2016-18) was around 7 LPA. The percentage of students got placed through college placements was in between 85% to 90%. The major roles that were offered to placed students were of sales and in the BFSI sector. Out of a batch size of 480, roughly 350 students got internships from the college, while the rest managed to get it on their own from personal...

IMT Nagpur Honest Reviews.

Placements: IMT Nagpur is average as far as placements is concerned. The biggest problem is that placement committee is handled by one faculty. Rather placements should always be done by a team of faculty members who infact are highly experienced and get good companies. Average placements is 6 Lacs.

Placements: The placement scenario is fine. Though you can't expect great packages but yes you have the opportunity to grab decent ones! The placements for the senior batch has been fine and the scenario is expected to be similar for the upcoming batches as well! Students specializing in Marketing have an edge when it comes to the basket of choices to make from but there are options for finance and other specializations as well!
