The college has a very interactive and learning environment. The professors are helpful in SIP as well as getting Final Placements. Highly developed infrastructure with Mess, canteen, sports Room, learning centre inside the campus. Highly qualified faculty members with rich experience and knowledge base. Campus placement and big companies do visit for recruitment. Many small centres run by student managers for day to day activity.
In this college, we have numerous types of activities as well as state-of-the-art infrastructure to support the same. Everything in the college is student-driven and thereby gives them with a learning experience and a practical exposure. For instance, we have our own laundry service in the campus run by the students. We also have our own cafeteria run and maintained by the students, so is the mess, which is also run and maintained by the students.
IMT Nagpur is full of experience and practical experience. They do have very good faculty and Infrastructure and also the kind of facilities they have like the library and the classes, do help in reaching our goals and match the high class educational standards. Placements are also good as we do have many companies visiting and with some great brands too amongst them.
Campus life and faculties are the best part of this college. The faculties of marketing are one of the best among all other colleges. The con of this college is the location which is very far from the main city. It's located around 35 Kilometers away from Nagpur city.
Good college with excellent infrastructure. The campus life at institute of management technology, Nagpur is great. The faculty here are also good, especially the marketing faculty. The library here is awesome. This college has a good mix of students from all over the India. Also they are from diverse backgrounds.
A beautiful campus located 35 kms away from the city in a peaceful environment. Hostel life is fun here as these 650 people are your family. IMT Nagpur is like a paid vacation in a luxurious hotel. We used to enjoy the lifestyle there as if we have come for a vacation. The placements are pretty average, around 5-6 Lakhs. The infrastructure and facilities are similar to what you'll find in a five star hotel. Hangout spots near the college would be the Futala Lake and Sigri restaurant. It is a superb institute in the middle of nowhere, 35 kms away from the City, IMT Nagpur is a place which offers a perfect breeding ground for young and to be managers and entrepreneurs. It has a lush green beautiful campus where life is smooth. Overall facilities in the campus are very good except air conditioned rooms, college is really good for sports as in facilities wise. Food is average but I think its better than what most of the colleges offer. Main disadvantage is that, the college is really far from the city and it becomes very difficult in case one wants to have good food sometimes as the same is not available around the campus. College faculty is really good for some subjects and it was a great learning experience for me.
Placements: Placements in our college are very good as there are many profiles from the sales and marketing sector. Finance placements are also good. Each year new companies visit our campus, which boosts the placements. Being a student-driven campus, it gives the students an advantage over others in placements.
Placements: Placements of our college are decent with a median salary package of around 6.5 LPA, and the highest salary package of around 14 LPA and the lowest salary package of around 5.5 LPA. Around 94% of the students from 2016-2018 batch got placed through on-campus placements. Companies like Crisil, ICICI Bank, ABRL, Schneider, etc., are the among few top companies visited the campus for placements and offered good salary packages and decent job profiles. Placements: Placements of our college are good as compared to tier-3 college. The salary package offered is around 6.5 LPA. Companies like CRISIL and Deloitte visit our campus to hire students. IMT maintain a record of providing 100% SIP. Placement team of IMT is very proficient at inviting good companies to B-school.
Placements: About 60% of the senior batch got placed in reputed companies. The highest salary package is 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package is 6 LPA. HDFC, ICICI, Ujjivan were some of the companies that visited our campus. Finance, Marketing, Business Analytics, Sales, HR were some of the roles offered. We have a placement cell in our college, and they help us a lot. Around 80% of student managers got SIP here with Rs. 20,000 being the highest stipend and Rs. 10,000 being the lowest.
