Indian Academy Degree College Autonomous Review.
Placements: About 80% of students got placement in renowned companies, curriculum was excellent, moreover the college has provided us with many internship opportunities as well. Top recruiting companies are IBM, coca cola, Dell and microsoft. Our college campus is environment friendly.
Infrastructure: The average annual fee structure of BBA was 15,000 - 22,000. Our college provides separate hostel facility for both boys and girls. We have free Wi-Fi facility in our hostel, our hostel provides us with tasty and healthy food. Medical and sports facilities are also available.
Faculty: The teachers of Indian Academy Degree College are very well experienced and friendly teachers. Their teaching quality is very good and of high standard. The course is very interesting and very informative. The semesters are very easy to clear. The subjects are easy to learn.
Other: I've chosen this course because my aim was to become a business woman. Our college conducts a numerous amount of activities every week, we have sports period and yoga as well. The campus is very clean and beautiful. We have Wi-Fi facility in our college as well. The cafeteria in our college serves us every kind of cuisine.

Indian Academy is good for placement.
Placements: Above 65% of students got placed in companies like Wipro, Amazon, etc. Almost 95% of the students got placements in Wipro.
Infrastructure: The environment is good. Classrooms are fully digitalized, and the library is very helpful to us. The hostel environment is also good and takes good care of the hostel students. The food served is very hygienic and tasty as well. They provide good quality food.
Faculty: Teachers are well educated and humble. The quality of their teaching is above average. The semester exams are not that difficult. If we study well, we can write the exam easily. The pass percentage is 45%.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to be in the business field and at a good position. Educational events and other curricular activities are conducted. We also have sports.

Dissatisfied with the quality of the education provided in this college.
Placements: As I am still studying in this college, we are not yet placed, but we had internship opportunities for Rs. 15 per hour. There were many companies approaching for internships, but hardly a few were accepted by the college because of the strength of the students.
Infrastructure: Our course BBA is very good in terms of business, but the college trains us for jobs and not for running a business. We need to be trained to run a big company and for startups, but the college is only training us for jobs, which is not recommended by us.
Faculty: The faculty is not good in terms of attitude and teaching; yes, it makes the students ready for industry. The papers are easy to clear, and passing marks are 21 for the NEP batch. And we have two internal exams and two assignments, and the paper is for 60 marks for the end semester.
Other: We do have intercollege fests and intracollege fests, whereas we have regular curricular activities from various departments happening in the college.

Our college is best for the average degree lifestyle.
Placements: My brother has completed his B.Com and got placed within a month from our college. Moreover, our college also said it places every student with 3 months after getting results. Even I had heard a lot of reviews offline before joining the college and decided to join. The review given by everyone was average.
Infrastructure: Everything is available here. The library is one of the best I have seen in Bangalore. Until now, I haven't found a shortage of any books in our college. An average size basketball court is available, where we can play after 1:20 pm after completing all classes. The canteen is good and not average. All fast food items are available like gobi, fried rice, fried noodles, etc., and all chips, chocolates and soft drinks. Wi-Fi is available only once you enter the library. I don't know about labs because I am a commerce student.
Faculty: Faculty members here are helpful, but most of them have a lot of ego. Some of them also behave like they are teaching pre-school children and always shout at us and ask questions. I have completed 1st year successfully. In 1st semester, I got 87%, while in 2nd semester, I got 84%.

An overall review on Indian academy college.
Placements: Good amount of students where placed from this college. The highest package was 7LPA, the lowest package was 3LPA and the average package was 4LPA. Companies like IBM, Tech Mahindra, Emphasis, OYO, Deloitte visited the campus for placement. Very few got internship, college does not provide any internships.
Infrastructure: The facility of the college is good and very attractive. The infrastructures of our college was very well organised. Classrooms are spacious and air conditioned, furnitures in classroom are also good. The college has a very good library with good amount of books. College has Wi-Fi with very good internet.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were qualified. Main teachers are Ph.D. holders in some fields. They have good knowledge of the subject that taught. The course curriculum is good for the students who are seeking management as their future. The course does not make the students industry ready.

A brief overview of my graduate programme.
Placements: Placements were really good for our batch as almost 95% of the students were placed. The highest salary offered was 7.8L by IBM. The lowest salary however was around 2.25L and was offered by Universal Hunt. Companies like IBM, Intel, Emphasis, OYO, ISGN, Deloitte etc. Visited the campus for placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is really good and has all the facilities needed for management education. We never had to use the lab for our educational purposes as our curriculum did not entail it. However there are separate labs for each department.
Faculty: The teachers at Indian Academy Degree College were more than just helpful and knowledgeable. Most of them had ample experience in their respective firlds. The top of the list has to be Mr. Jaffer, our economics professor who had an impeccable career record.
