It is the best college for food technology.

Faculty: Faculty members of our college are good and helpful but not every time. All teachers are PhD degree holders, and teaching quality is good. This college comes under TNAU, i.e., Tamil Nadu Agriculture University. This course is enough to make a good manager for the future, and you can able to solve all problems with food.

Our college has the best infrastructure and laboratory.

Faculty: Almost all the faculty members hold a doctorate degree and excel in their respective fields. B.Tech and M.Tech courses are affiliated to Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore. Due to this COVID situation, we got exposure to very few industrial visits and study tours in our III year.

If you want to make a career in food technology and processing, IIFPT is the best choice.

Faculty: I liked our course curriculum very much, and I have found that it is useful to opt for both the food industry and research areas. The course curriculum ensures that students are exposed to all essential theoretical areas and makes sure to get practical knowledge on the same.

Life at the Indian Institute of Food Processing Technology.

Faculty: The support and guidance offered by the staffs and faculty is immense. Since, most faculty members are scientists there is no question of teaching quality that arises. They teaching quality is really good and very practical. The problem is that, the faculty members are busy and will be difficult for them to be available for students outside class always.
