Placements: Placements in our college are decent. Around 30%-40% of the jobs offered are good, and the rest are okay. Our previous batch has achieved 100% placement record with the highest package of 12LPA. This package is offered for a student of the HR domain. Placements: I was in the 2015-17 batch of energy management. The Placements of on this year was not good enough. Out of 17 students, 12 were placed from the college. The package was not as masters level. The college said that highest package is 6.4 LPA, but in-hand the student gets only 26,000/- approximately. Placements: Around 90 % of the students were placed from our batch as well as our senior batch. The average salary offered was between 5-5.5 lpa for the last 3 -4 years. Classes at IISWBM are not interactive in nature.They are just a mix of formal lectures. Tests are conducted on a semester basis which can be both, planned as well as surprise in nature. Although surprise tests are not very common Students are not given any handouts as such but most of the teachers share their presentations with them.
