Both Diploma programmes are offered in collaboration with AtSunrice GlobalChef Academy, Singapore, Asia's culinary arts leaders, guaranteeing that students receive cutting-edge instruction from two renowned institutes in two countries.

The diploma programmes are designed for students who are passionate about the art and science of cooking and want to pursue a career in the culinary arts. Given the recent epidemic and lockdown situation in the country, the programmes provide students with industry exposure and are perfect for graduates who have completed their degree in hospitality but lack practical experience.
Every step of the way, students will be studying from industry experts with international expertise. They will spend nine months studying at the Indian School of Hospitality in India, followed by three months studying at the AtSunrice GlobalChef Academy in Singapore. They will then travel on a six-month overseas industrial attachment with a leading brand in Singapore, where they will participate in a paid internship and apply what they have learned in a real-world situation. Students will receive assistance from ISH with the legal arrangements necessary to continue their studies in Singapore.
Students can also enrol in an Intensive Culinary Arts Programme in India, where they will study for nine months at the Indian School of Hospitality in Gurugram, India, and then specialise for three months and complete an internship.
Eligibility
- Passion for culinary arts/bakery & pastry arts
- At least 18 years old
- Students who have completed their Class 12 or equivalent
- IELTS 5.5/ TOEFL 46-59/ WPLN Level 5 or at least 75% in English in Class 12 exams
- Graduates, professionals and PG students planning to change paths and pursue a career or venture in the exciting world of culinary arts
