The best college for media and event management courses.
Placements: They provide guaranteed internships, so all the students had got their internships. The lowest package is 20,000 rupees, and the highest package offered is 80,000 rupees. The top recruiting companies are Victor Tango, Endemol, AMP Media, Balaji Telefilms, Cogmat, Quotient Communications, etc. The roles offered include client servicing, production, marketing, sales executive, etc.
Infrastructure: They had facilities like an indoor and outdoor canteen, a traditional cum digital library, a girls' common room, a gymnasium, a football turf, a basketball court, a Mac lab, multiple media labs, digitally equipped classrooms, and many more. They don't provide hostel facilities, but they do have tie-ups with hostels across Mumbai.
Faculty: The faculty members were industry experts. We were getting first-hand knowledge of industry trends. They provided practical exposure by sending us to work on events like Sunburn, Lollapalooza, IIFA Awards, Filmfare Awards, and all the major events, making us industry-ready. There are 2 semester exams, and they both are very easy.
Other: Because it's the only government-recognized college for media and event management, so their Certificate will hold a lot of weightage. They provide major events, so networking is enhanced. It had a nature-friendly surrounding.

My experience at ISM has been just wonderful!
Placements: One of the highlights of being at ISM are the opportunities we get here. Every student from a batch of 80–100 got placed at different internships or jobs and is getting paid really well. The kind of industrial exposure you get at ISM is everything a student would need.
Infrastructure: ISM is known for all the in-house facilities it provides to its students. They also have a turf on campus, which makes it even more exciting for all the students to have fun before or after lectures. The classrooms are digitally well-equipped and have everything that a student might need during the one-year program.
Faculty: ISM has industry experts as their faculty members; they are the ones who hold a significant place and have all the recent updates about each and every field related to the media and event industry. The curriculum is designed in such a way that it covers everything that has been required in recent times, making it easier for the students to understand and grasp it quickly.
Other: ISM conducts icebreaker sessions that make it easier for the students to get to know each other. This also teaches them about network building, which plays a vital role in the media industry.
