I am well satisfied with our college, but it depends on our efforts on how we excel.

Placements: Alumni of IGIT are well placed in many MNCs and governmental organisations. Recently, in the last two to three years, there is some recession in campus placements, but students have not stopped excelling in the competitive field. This year, almost all software companies have hired final year students from all disciplines. Some of those companies are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, IBM, Mindtree, GyanSys, Capgemini, etc. Our batch strength is around 700 students which include stude...

It is a very good college. I have enjoyed my 4 years, along with my studies.

Placements: Many of the students got placed in reputed companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Mindtree, etc. Many students are attempting for GATE, CAT as well as other competitive exams. Students get the average salary package of about 3 LPA to 4 LPA, while the highest salary package offered is 6 LPA, and the lowest package offered is 2 LPA.

Good faculty members with great knowledge but bad placement in 2018.

Placements: From my branch about 15-20% got placed, the highest salary offered was 8 Lacs p. a by Vedanta, average was by TCS, Top recruiting company I would say TCS because they take more students, top roles offered was the project done by every student in final year, internship was slightly easy almost 50-60% got internship.

I am dissatisfied because of faculty members, and it has very fewer placements.

Placements: Almost 10-20% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 7 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 2.8 LPA. A top recruiting company is Vedant Pvt Ltd. Top roles offered are a graduate engineering trainee. The highest salary package offered in our course is 7 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered in our course is 2.8 LPA. No student got an internship from our course.

Good atmosphere to read, but the placement is negligible, and faculty are not skilful.

Placements: Around 10% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 7 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 4 LPA. Top companies that come for recruitment are Vedanta Alumina Ltd, Tata Bhushan Steel. We are appointed as a graduate engineer trainee in the initial period. We do mass balance and energy balance of various processes. Basically, students around 10% do internships from IOCL, NALCO, etc.

The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA, while the average salary package of 4-5 LPA and the lowest salary package of 3 LPA are offered in our college. The college is a bit worthy.

Placements: The college does not provide placements. In our course, students didn't get placements, and rather at the end of our course, students have to make a final portfolio including their internship work and all the best things they designed during course. That portfolio will be circulated in different companies, and the one who will like students work will appoint them.

The college has a good healthy and eco-friendly environment, with a river near it.

Placements: Two top recruiting companies, like TCS and Wipro, visited our campus for placements, and they hired most of the students from CSE, etc. So students from other branches are jobless. In placements, the percentage of students who got placed is very low. The salary package offered ranges from 2.8-3.2 LPA. Most of the students got an internship in their local companies through their parents like Nalco, Bhusan, Tata steel, etc. Those internship certificates are of no use, though, and still, I am proud...

Faculty can be improved, Good facilities and infrastructure and slightly above average placements.

Placements: The college was a hub of many cliched companies like TCS, Wipro, Cognizant etc. That paid the normal amount of 3.3 to 3.5 Lacs package that they pay usually. Apart from them, some ace companies like Vedanta and Jindal came which were very sought after in our college. They paid up to 7.5 Lacs per annum for varied profiles.

Placements: About 50-60% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 4 LPA. HighRadius, Vedanta and TCS are the top recruiting companies. Assistant system engineer, associate engineer and system administrator are the top roles offered in our course. I had the best experience of my life in IGIT Sarang.

Placements: The college doesn't provide placements to the architecture course. But students can get placement from off-campus interviews. It is the best course as I got lots of things to learn from architecture. Our college is like a paradise to me. One of my unforgettable life-time experience is that I have spent 5 years in IGIT Sarang.

Dissatisfaction for faculties, not good placements, average infrastructure, Good food, Average hoste

Placements: Not that good but we got many off campus drives from our college. Core branch companies like Vedant, Bhusan, TRL etc. Came but they take very less students like 10-15. A lot of students got placed from off campus placements. Computer Science branch students got more placements in companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS. Other than computer Science all other streams also mostly placed in these software companies only.

Placements: Well to be honest the placements are not so good. Very few companies come over our college for placements. The highest salary was around 8 Lacs p. a, the lowest salary was around 2.5lakhs and average being 4lakhs p. a. Our seniors were not placed in a good companies. They had to search job by themselves. The salary offered were ranging from 4 lac per annum to 3 lacs per annum. Companies like Gemini Services, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Vedanta Alumina, Bhushan steel etc. Visited the campus. Placements: There is sure placement for CSE students. 45% students were placed in 2018. The highest package 3.2 was offered by vedant to an EE student. Vedant and TCS had visited the campus. Later, companies like Wipro, Bridge and Roof had also offered jobs with an average package of 2.8 LPA and 3.5 LPA respectively.

Satisfied with teaching but dissatisfied with the placements.

Placements: Placements in the college were average with a salary package offered ranging from 3-5 LPA. Companies mostly from the software field like TCS, Infosys and Wipro, visited the campus for placements. For core placements, Jindal, Tata, and Vedanta were major recruiters. Roles of software developer and operation were offered. Placement cell is not much effective.

Placements: The placement was good in terms of the no. Of companies conducting the on campus drives in the college but the number of students who got placed was less than that in the previous year. Training and placement need to be completely aligned with the core objective.

Every student was given a chance to choose their job according to their choice. The training and placement cell did a good job.
