IHM Goa; A college for born hoteliers.
Placements: The placement percentage is very good. The package varies from 30LPA to 70 LPA. The top recruiters include Taj, Oberoi, Hyatt, Rebel Foods, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, The Fern, and many more. The top roles offered are Management Trainee, Commi 1, Assistant Manager, Bar Executive, Food and Beverages Executive, etc.
Infrastructure: The facilities available in the college include a computer room, library for internet accessibility, well-lighted and ventilated classrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen for practicals. The hostel is also good and covers all the basic requirements of a student. The food in the mess and canteen is pretty good. Medical facilities are also nice, and they have sports rooms as well and conduct different inter-college sports tournaments.
Faculty: The teachers here are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is top-notch without a doubt. Yes, absolutely, the course curriculum is very relevant and does make the students industry-ready, as they not only teach bookish things but practical aspects as well. The semester exams are not too difficult or too easy, but it all depends on how much effort you put in. The pass percentage is somewhat around 98%.

Average curriculum. Good placements. Biased faculty.
Placements: The highest package this year was 4 LPA in retail. Top recruiters were Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, Oberoi, Taj, etc. Everybody got internships from Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, etc. The role provided is that of a Management Trainee. The only problem with the college placements is that one student, even after receiving an offer, can sit for another placement, which lessens the chances for others. Additionally, the placement coordinator will make you follow a resume format that is centuries old, something that even the Area Director laughed at when he saw it during my regional round of Management Trainee interview.
Infrastructure: The maximum number of practical labs are offered by this IHM. However, the hostel and food facilities are not up to the mark. The hostel accommodation is only provided in the first year; from the second year onwards, students have to find accommodation outside the college, which can be expensive. The average rent amounts to around 6k per month. The college hostels only provide food during the day for students who attend college; additional payment of 2k per month is required for evening meals. Overall, the hostel experience is not worthwhile. If given the opportunity, it's advisable to contact friends and share rent expenses by living together. A 1bhk accommodation costs around 15k in this area.
Faculty: The teachers are highly knowledgeable, but the teaching quality does not meet expectations. If you want to specialize in culinary arts and bartending/mixology, you need to learn those separately. The college strictly follows a curriculum, leaving much of the learning process up to individual students, from memorizing recipes to performing them in practical sessions. Most teachers will provide only one demonstration class. The semesters are relatively easy to pass, with the only subject where students tend to struggle being accountancy. Regular class attendance is all that's required to pass.
Other: Placement guarantee and diverse career options. Instead of reading out PDFs, the teachers should involve students in practical. Help around and focus on all the students.

Abosultely dissatisfied because of placements.
Placements: Tim Horton, rebel food came to our college other various companies xame to our college like lalit suri hyaat, oberoi, taj, amrtara hotels etc. But the choice only 3-4 students in whole so I did not like that so this was my exep6 at my college life.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure and faculty is the best. Teaching methods are good the way of teaching is good. The breakes are sufficient the kitchen and the bakery is also clean ans also there is restaurant for Food and beverages class also now they have added yoga.
Faculty: All the faculty are helpful and caring. They give us online. Notes on classroom and also discussed our doughts. Anf also the classroom are clean and also there are projectors in each class so we can easily understand what they are teaching and understand it.
Other: I am going to pass in 2025. I like the event in the college like the theme lunch etc.

Our college provides good placements.
Placements: Our college provides good placements in top hospitality, travel, and retail industries. More than 80% of students got placed in our college. Students got good salary packages. The top role offered is a management trainee.
Infrastructure: Our college provides the best infrastructure. We have good playgrounds. The campus is huge. It is surrounded by trees. Our college provides facilities like a parking area, food, drinking water, etc.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good and knowledgeable. They should change their teaching techniques. Old techniques are outdated. Some faculty members are old.
Other: You can get good exposure to the hospitality and retail industries. Our college conducts only a few events and fests.

I really like our college. Facilities and infrastructure are nice.
Placements: Placements are good. A lot of big companies visit our college for jobs and the jobs depend on your skills. I'm still studying so I don't know about placements well, but seniors told me that the placements are good. Most of the people got good position jobs.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. The food is fine. Labs are good. The new wing area is big and is made up of a modern-style structure. They provide breakfast in the canteen, where we need to purchase the coupon and then order food. I do not stay in the hostel, so I do not know about the hostel.
Faculty: The teaching techniques are good and helpful, with their tricks and tips are helpful. The way of teaching is good. It depends on the person and the way he/she studies. They will crack exams. The exam is medium, neither hard nor easy. You just need to study about it.
Other: The college life is good. Our college celebrates every festival and event. The best part is the nice and friendly crowd.

The campus will provide you the basic and you have to master it.
Placements: About 75-80% of students get placed. The remaining students pursue higher studies or build a startup of their own. Only a few don't get placed. The salary offered will vary between Rs.10000 - Rs.45000 per month. There are a lot of recruiting companies like Taj, Radisson, Hilton, McDonald's, Starbucks, and many more. The role you get in the industry will be depend only on your capability.
Infrastructure: Facilities and the infrastructure available in the vicinity of the campus are not top-notch but reasonable and acceptable. The college is equipped with Wi-Fi and offers wide array of books related to hospitality in the library. Labs and classrooms are large and can accommodate the required intake easily. Facilities provided in the hostel are quite basic, not very lavish and fancy but able to provide and fulfill basic necessities. The food available in the mess is edible.
Faculty: Some teachers in our college are helpful. All faculty members are highly qualified and knowledgeable. Some faculty members are extremely helpful. Some tend to mind their own business and some are rude. On average, it's a mixed experience. The course B.Sc. HHA is made up to teach students the basics of how the hospitality industry functions. The entire semester is dedicated to industrial training and internship to showcase the importance of practical exposure.
