Review of Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Lucknow.

Placements: The placement process has started, and the salary packages offered are pretty much average at this time. The hotel industry has gone through a major setback after the pandemic scenario, but this is a recovering year as compared to the previous two years. We expect much better salary packages in the upcoming months. Salary packages of up to 5 LPA are offered. Even the MT programs are not that attractive compared to what I expected. I know experience matters the most in this industry, so packages ...

Review of Institute of Hotel Management.

Placements: Placements were very good for the 2019 batch but after covid placements have seen a significant amount of downfall. Only for some sectors placement are offered. Bare minimum hotels come to recruit, people have to give a walk-in-interview for Hotel placement.

Our college has good placements and faculty members.

Placements: Almost all the students from our course got placed. Top recruiters for our course are ITC, Oberoi, Park Hotels, Hyatt, Fortune and many more. Apart from that, many retail companies like Tommy Hilfiger, Faaso's, Big Bazaar and many other companies also visit our campus to offer placements with decent salary packages to students.

Average infrastructure, the best faculty, and above average placements.

Placements: The previous placement year was not as good as they are going on this year. A lot of hotel-centric, and retail-centric companies, and organisations have shown interest in our college in this year. Some famous hotel brands such as Oberoi's have taken two students for OCLD programme.

There are both good and bad things in IHM LKO.

Placements: I heard about placements from our seniors. Many companies like the Oberoi chain of hotels or Taj and reputed big properties visited our institute to hire students. Roles offered here range from the front office to sales, from the kitchen to housekeeping and many different options. Many students got selected. Our college has a placement cell which takes care of placements.

I had an excellent experience and great learning here.

Placements: Placements in our college are pretty good. But best companies don't visit here to offer management-level jobs. We get recruited for entry-level jobs. Moreover, companies like Shangri-La, Oberoi, Taj Mahal Palace, etc., visit here for placements. Almost every student from the batch gets a job.
