Being part of first batch, I can't really be sure

Placements: I am a part of the first batch of the programme and the placement procedure is still going on. However, the trend has been observed that companies prefer full-time students more. Several companies are upfront that they will just recruit students of full-time.

Good placements in 2017, nice infrastructure and a peaceful atmosphere.

Placements: The placement in our college is good. According to our senior's, the maximum package offered is Rs. 15 Lacs and the minimum offer is Rs. 6 Lacs. Thes roles offered to the students are accounting manager, financial adviser, etc. There are a great many opportunities for the MBA students to get placements in our college.

Good experience of MBA at IMNU.

Placements: Reputed companies visit for placement. The placement percentage is close to 100%. Most of the placement activity is managed by the student-driven committee. Students get sufficient opportunities for internships and final placements. The companies constitute a diverse portfolio from manufacturing, financial services, IT, automobile and many more.

One of the best infrastructures.

Placements: The placements are handled by a separate committee and the placement committee. The placement committee goes through a lot of pain to get the whole batch placed. Many big companies visit the campus on day 0 and take a whole lot of students with good salaries on offer. The average package turns out to be around 7-8 lakhs every year and satisfies most of the students.

A blend of values, good education and aesthetics.

Placements: Some of the good brands for marketing and finance visit the campus every year. Most of our seniors are placed in good companies. Almost 90% of our seniors are placed and efforts are made to place the remaining as well. For summer placements, most of the students got placed in startups that visited the campus. Startups give a good exposure of work to the students.

Good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: The average percent of students placed were 90-95%. Highest package offered was around 15 LPA. Median was around 7-8 LPA. Various companies from different sectors visit the campus. The students from finance, marketing, HR and operations are selected by the companies.

Good infrastructure with decent placements and faculty.

Placements: Decent placements. This year, the average package went down due to demonetization but I expect better placements this year based on internships. The highest was 14 lacs for work experienced people and the lowest went till 4 this time I guess. 90% + of the batch was decently placed. All the students were placed for the internship this year and the highest stipend was offered by HUL at 35000 per month.

A glimpse into Institute of Management, Nirma University.

Placements: The placements season sees a pretty decent line-up of companies, especially for those with the marketing specialization. IT companies and banks form a majority of them. Placement record must be a good 80-85% for the batch. The internships season sees a decent line-up of well-known companies as well as start-ups. All in all, enough opportunities exist for the students.

It is at a critical position, the next couple of years will define whether it belongs to mass/class.

Placements: The placements are really good. The spectrum of sectors that visit the college is limited, though. If you want to pursue a good marketing career, IMNU is a place to be in. IMNU shows 100% placement records consistently, since many years (excluding people pursuing start-ups and family businesses).

Overall good in Tier 2-3 college rankings.

Placements: The placements were pretty decent in our batch but it was way better than our seniors. Since the market was good, better companies visited our college with a better package. And as a result, the average and median packages both increased, and almost 99% of the batch got placed. A few remained unplaced because of the subjects they have selected. IMNU is not at all good for the HR students. In rest of the branches, placements are good. In our batch, the highest offered was 15 lacs approximately an...

Not good for Operations, HR etc. Avg placements 8 lacs.but remember it is in Gujarat dry state and you won't get non- veg in mess. To spend two year peaceful. You must have two wheeler. Pros: Good Infrastructure and campus. Well-designed course curriculum. Good faculty for some areas. Less expensive than many similar colleges. Cons: Management is too rigid. Alumni Relations Management need to improve. Summer Internships offered are well below par. Placement is a bit below par as compared to similar colleges. Overall, a decent enough college for students scoring 80-90 percentile in CAT.

Institute of Management, Nirma University has a well-built infrastructure and very well maintained sports ground. The faculty is really good as they teach in a way through which we learn to practically apply the lessons in the corporate world. Mess and hostel facilities are also quite good. Only the location is a bit of a disadvantage but it is manageable as most of the basic facilities are provided inside the campus. Inspite of all this, IMNU is an excellent institute for the overall developmen...

It's a good college for MBA. The placements are good and the infrastructure is awesome. The bad would be, that nonveg and black drinks are not allowed on campus. The campus life is good, and a little relaxed. The faculty is also very decent here, however, if you have really high expectations in terms of starting salary, then don't come to this college as not everyone gets a 10-12lakhs package. However, an average of 6-7 lacs is what you can expect.

Classes are interactive in nature and are a healthy mix of formal lectures, case studies and presentations. An equal weightage of 50% is given to both internal and external exams. Tests are conducted on a regular basis which can be both, planned as well as surprise in nature. Although surprise tests are not very common but students try and stay as up-to-date as possible in subjects such as Finance and Economics where you won't know when your knowledge is put to test. Students are not given any h...

Classes are a combination of theory and case studies. Continuous evaluation is the norm here, with different components like assignments, group projects, quizzes and examinations. The infrastructure is good, while the sports facilities are excellent. The overall placements are average, though we do get an opportunity in a few big companies. The campus is big, but is located on the outskirts of the city. It is far from the railway station and airport, which prove to be a hurdle while travelling.

IMNU has good infrastructure and green campus. The campus has awesome sports grounds and fitness center. Classes are interactive and has 60:40 percent ratio for continuous evaluation and final end terms. The pedagogy is largely based on case studies and presentations.

IMNU (Institute of Management, Nirma University) located at one of the fastest growing cities in the country provides a platform for holistic development. The campus and infrastructural facilities are one of the best. Overall, I would say that the journey at IMNU had been one of the most beautiful journeys and have taught me a lot of lessons for life.
